The staff in the store were unable to assist me and directed me to a phone number that appears to be a Google Voice number for follow up. I waited another week before checking again. I was made aware staff were in Mexico and would communicate once back. I understood delays happen, so I was patient and followed up via text. Overall communication has been inconsistent, and I've had to repeatedly follow up just to get updates. Recently they responded to my messages saying they were working on my refund nothing has actually been resolved. On June 19, I was told my refund would be processed and they'd provide confirmation but as of June 29, I still have not received the refund or any confirmation that it has been issued. I even attempted to dispute the charge through my bank, but the dispute was unsuccessful because the vendor claimed my refund request was not valid. Despite all of this, I still have neither the item I paid for nor my money back. I understand that delays can happen, but after more than four months and multiple promises that have not been followed through on, this has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.
