So onward and seven sleepless nights later, we were nearly successful in accomplishing our goal. Two days before the party, it dawned on me that we had everything planned except for a photobooth. Honestly, I didn't think we really needed it but after several invited guests asked if there would be a photobooth to document their costumes, I panicked a little. I started calling around and through a referral from a close friend, they put me in touch with Wipi. Since it was such short notice, I didn't think they could make it work for me. But although they had another engagement booked the morning of the same day, they reassured me that they could and would do everything to make it work for my birthday. I was so impressed with their customer service! C'mon, I contacted them Thursday morning! And that same evening, they came out to my house! They did a quick "site tour" and really tried to understand what I was trying to accomplish. After walking through our house, I was struggling as to where to place the photobooth since I had the rest of the house decorated. Hang (my contact person), immediately suggested that we setup a grand entrance right in front of the house. It would double as both a first impression statement and as the backdrop for my photobooth too. She said that this way, guests are greeted immediately with an impressive "statement" as they pull up to the house but it will also be a very personalized and unique backdrop. I immediately loved this idea. But quite frankly, I was skeptical that they could pull it off since it was so last minute. But my gosh! They delivered! (Please look at the picture to see how awesome the backdrop turned out to be!) Wipi was very professional, extremely friendly and so accommodating. Their pictures came out great and their website to access pictures afterwards is pretty user friendly. Our guests loved the ease of the equipment and the fun props. I'm pretty particular about customer service and Wipi didn't disappoint. I can't thank Wipi enough for helping make my party such a hit!

While initially requesting quotes from other photobooth companies, I was turned off by the sub par communication and unappealing product packages they offered. I almost didn't book a photobooth for our wedding because of the terrible experience. But after speaking with Vibrant Photobooth, I changed my mind and booked them right away. The ease of coordinating schedule, location, set-up, photo design, etc was well worth it. Planning any event can be hectic, but Vibrant Photobooth made things so simple. 7/6/19 event update. My daughters 1st birthday…read more Oh my goodness, my experience with Ben has been amazing. I booked early and we worked closely on all the details up until the day of the event. My venue required a city license for Cypress and he paid for that expense without any hesitation. He made sure there wouldn't be any problems working our party. He is very attentive to details and always available to answer any questions. I honestly cannot believe I booked this event all via digital communication. I not once met him and everything turned out beautifully smooth. On the day of the event, I had two staff members (sorry, forgot their names) who accommodated the event space I had with the open air photobooth. If anyone came in to observe, they would have been shocked how little space they had. Despite of he restraints of space availability, they were able to make a seamless workaround. They made sure all the little humans and adults were able to take photos with ease (height considerations). They kept a smile on their face the whole time, keep and open line of communication (one hour and 10mins before booth closing notification) so we could well inform the guests. My photo design matched my invites which was perfect. The only caveat I wouldn't recommend for future photobooth customers is a white background. I didn't realize how washed out it was until I saw the printouts. I am in no way blaming Ben and his team for this. I chose it as I figured white is the easiest to work with. It only became a problem for my white hair elders disappearing hairlines etc. In conclusion, my photobooth experience with Ben and his team could not have been any better than the superior service and results that we received. I am very grateful Ben was able to work with our budget, make so many unforgettable memories and still have a 10 star experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you again Ben & team.
