If you can't even write the macros correctly what does that say about your ability to meal prep? If you're looking for a meal delivery place then sure this place will do the trick but if you're serious about your diet I wouldn't even bother. Tried them for a month and constantly there were labels missing their macros. The owner claimed that she's the only one cooking the meals and she has over 300 a day. If you have that many orders you can afford to hire someone to help you I would imagine. Again the food wasn't bad but not a meal prepping service I would recommend to anyone who is serious about their diet.
