This guy needs a store front or food truck. I lucked up and was able to get a smoked turkey breast and a slab of ribs on two separate occasions and it was amazing. Did the smoked turkey for thanksgiving and it makes the best sandwiches on a brioche bun fully dressed. Got the turkey cut in 4's to freeze. I have a small family. read more

We ordered from QD'S for a memorial weekend pool party with 35 people. The food was phenomenal, all of my guests were asking me where the food was from and giving compliments all day. They texted me twice to let me know they would be open for business,this was over a two year time frame,After that I found out they were open but no call,I called them and they tell me what day they'll be open,Guess What?! My family ordered the smoked turkey breast for Thanksgiving. When I say that was the Best Turkey I have had in my life, that does not do it justice! The flavor was OUTSTANDING! Tri Tip was absolutely delicious! We ordered two Tri Tips for our Christmas Eve dinner and they were cooked perfectly! Moist and just the right amount of char on the outside. We were looking for a caterer for BBQ. There are the obvious chain restaurants which are ok. We found QD's during our internet search and I'm so glad we did!! They had a pop up today, so we headed over! Since we were there to sample the food for an upcoming event we wanted catered, we tried all they had. Honestly, every piece of meat was absolutely delicious from the brisket to the ribs to the links to the chicken and tri tip. The bark on the ribs to the tenderness of the brisket I haven't had such good barbecue in a long time. We tried the sides including the beans, the mac & cheese, the potato salad and all tasted homemade. When trying to get a quote, whoever the contact was short and very rude. Asking for an estimate and a ballpark amount was like pulling teeth with this person. I asked for what types of meat and sides they offer and he flat out says "did you not look at the menu?" Regardless if a customer looked at the menu or not, you should be ready at all times to answer questions about your product and what you offer. Poor customer service. Totally unprofessional.
