If you can't even write the macros correctly what does that say about your ability to meal prep? If you're looking for a meal delivery place then sure this place will do the trick but if you're serious about your diet I wouldn't even bother. Tried them for a month and constantly there were labels missing their macros. The owner claimed that she's the only one cooking the meals and she has over 300 a day. If you have that many orders you can afford to hire someone to help you I would imagine. Again the food wasn't bad but not a meal prepping service I would recommend to anyone who is serious about their diet. Cost- I don't see how the cost could be beat. My grocery bills AND my workload went down. Freezable- I bought for the week and froze/microwaved some of the meals. Of course the quality is best when not frozen, but they reheated well, cooked the crisp veggies and tasted good. Ease- order on a Friday, and pick up (I live super close) a couple days later... At this point I've filed a complaint with the bbb and the attorney general in addition to disputing the charge with my bank. I'd advise anyone else not to order from this business since they do not seem to be legitimate or at the minimum do not provide acceptable customer service by responding to customers.

You are suppose to arrive to his commercial strip and text you are here. ZERO RESPONSE. 15 minutes later I'm driving up and down this strip (none of the suites are labeled with OSM) until I randomly see another car pull up to a random end suite where I have to figure out that's where it is. This is my second pick up both of which were huge issues but the first one was my fault so I thought it would somehow be better. AFTER I get a text on a different thread saying "Sorry for the inconvenience. Customers pull up to suite N on Sundays and we bring the food out or they text the business line" which is NOT on any texts from the "business line" and they never replied once on that line. The food is not worth this trouble.

Were supposed to do a walk-through but I think they had stayed longer-than-expected. I would still give them a 96% Someone else was more reasonable but it had to be a certain day for me when I was off work. I had an organizer here at the same time so it was chaotic for them and me. They give you OPTONS which is pretty cool and the portions are on point. This meal prep I had to try because of all my friends telling me about them. I have a few more meals to try but so far they are legit. Customer service is on point as well. I was confused about Saturday delivery but it was just me not opening my email. I reached out and they explained kindly on a weekend. Sunday works out better anyway. Here's some must trys: 1. Chicken Masala (Amazing) 2. Chimichurri (that sauce tho) 3.
