If you don't wanna read: I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! I originally started looking to try a new pizza spot when I noticed our local pizzerias would reheat whole plain pies they had out all day and sell them to us. Needless to say, they tasted stale! Fast forward to finding Village Pizza. Let's talk about the customer service, just for a second. I'm telling you their customer service cannot be matched. I have not had exceptional customer service from an establishment and/or pizzeria on day one that does not wither at some point down the line. Until I started ordering from Village Pizza. Everyone, and I mean everyone I've met has been nothing short of delightful. Which is refreshing if you've tried other pizzerias. From remembering names to remembering orders. I have personally seen this treatment of every person that walks through their door. And! The time they tell you it's gonna be ready, is the actual time. Now on to the food. The garlic knots are flaky and flavorful. Pizza is delicious with or without toppings. It's a thinner crust. It's tasted fresh every time and this has become a regular spot so I can't tell you how many times I've ordered from them. Quality food every time. Quality service every time. I've said it once. I'll say it again. I'm a sucker for consistency. I recommend this place to anyone who will listen. Go pay them a visit. I promise you won't regret it. read more

Friday, 6/12/2026 at 12:11 PM, we ordered delivery from Village Pizza at 64 S Broadway in Nyack. The pizza itself was just average for us -- nothing special, and the crust was dry. Even when you're hungry, it didn't taste delicious. Later that night, we realized the order was missing the one Diet Coke can that we paid for. We were charged $1.80, even though the same soda at a grocery store might cost around 50 cents. I don't know what happened or where the mistake occurred -- whether the restaurant forgot to include the soda or the delivery person didn't bring it -- but the fact is I paid for it and didn't receive it. Today, Saturday 6/13/2026 at 12:27 PM, we called and spoke with Tattiana. She said she would talk to her boss and ask what to do. When I asked when she would call back, she said she didn't know. It shouldn't take a manager to fix a missing $1.80 soda. Any staff member should be able to resolve such a simple issue, but instead it was delayed and ignored. At 3:36 PM, I called again, and no one answered the phone. It felt like they didn't want to pick up because they were avoiding responsibility. I called twice, and I'm not going to keep chasing a can of soda. Until I posted this review, I still didn't receive any call back. This is not about the price -- it's about honesty and giving customers what they paid for. When I called, they could have simply said, "Please come pick it up." Instead, she only said, "I'm so sorry," without offering any solution. I don't like paying for something and not receiving it. As a business, they should be responsive and not ignore customers. Mistakes happen, but they should fix them. When I post this review on Google and Yelp, other customers will read it and take a lesson from this experience. Next time I order from any restaurant, I will check all items upon delivery instead of trusting the delivery person. I will not order from this place again. read more

Best slice in Nyack and it's not even close. Not trying to be controversial, but when I moved here from Brooklyn in '22 I tried both of the "T" pizza spots and was horrified that these were my options. Greasy, flavorless, a mess of a pie. When Village Pizza changed ownership a few years back I tried a slice, and I never turned back. The Village Pizza slice is on par with any great Brooklyn/NYC spot... Crispy and gooey like a slice should be. The real test? You'll want to eat the whole slice crust and all, no pizza bones left at the end! Those other spots? The crust is pale, doughy, bland. Just because those places have been here longer, or have a more prime location, doesn't mean they're better. In fact, that's probably why they're slacking on their product. No motivation to excell. Village Pizza came out swinging with the best slice in town and they've maintained quality slice after slice after slice. Don't even hesitate, if you're looking for real NYC style pizza forget those other places. Village Pizza is where it's at. read more

True story, I was next door at another business and the reader was just walking in with her lunch. She said hi and proceeded to eat her Artichoke pizza. All I heard was crunch crunch crunch.. her co worker said wow it sounds so good. She said look at the artichoke and we both looked. I left and kept thinking of her pizza. I walked into the 1st pizzeria and looked at their display. They did not have an artichoke pizza. So I was about to settle. Then I asked do you have artichoke pizza, the friendly guy says I can make one. I said immediately "Yes" with so much excitement. Yeah it kind of slipped out. So I was super happy. The other young man wink wink said, funny someone else just happened to order the same thing. I responded with a smirk, I know that's why I'm here. She made it sound so darn good. I when I realized I was at the right place. The Cashier from the other store also came in, and she ordered two pizzas. We looked at each and we both had the same thoughts. Long story short , too late for that, this pizza surpassed my expectations and if I lived nearby I won't eat anywhere else!! I swear!! It was delicious, had fresh ingredients, and so tasty with a super crunchy crust. As you can see for yourself the abundance of artichoke was indescribable. Every bite was packed with flavor. I highly recommend it. I even asked if they can make a Village Pizza in New Brunswick, NJ. I also got the zeppoles. They made it to the car. So I save 3 for my daughter. She was lucky I did. Wow. I hadn't realized a new pizza place had opened. I figured we should give it a try. We started with 2 slices of plain cheese. We were so impressed we ate two dinners in a row afterwards. We had pizza, meat balls, spaghetti, ravioli, egg plant rollitini, and tortilla carbonara. It was wonderful and made my Italian wife happy. The sauce is flavorful and not overly sweet. I stumbled upon this pizzeria one afternoon while hastily searching for a quick bite to eat. I had the chicken bacon ranch slice and ended up returning later that night for a pie, that's how good the pizza tasted. The owner is welcoming and sweet. This is a family establishment I had the pleasure of interacting with the owner and his father who had funny stories for days. The pizza was delicious! My kids loved it and I was very impressed with their chicken salad with homemade oil and vinegar dressing. I came for the salad but I couldn't resist the pizza. This is such a gem of a pizza place in a town that has several pizza choices for you to consider. It is my favorite though. Unique selections for those who like to try new things but also full of classics for the times when you just want that simple peperoni pie! Salads are tasty too. I was quite pleased as I moved to Rockland about 2 years ago and had yet to find a slice that compares to my beloved Bronx pizza. I was attending street fair and decided to grab a couple of slices from this place. I had a plain slice, a chicken tomato and onion slice and a buffalo slice. All the slices were excellent. The crust is perfectly cooked and the sauce is on point. The place was clean and front staff were very nice. I definitely will be going back to try some more pizza and kitchen food! read more
