The customer service is no longer what it used to be, and it honestly feels like there may be new ownership. What I saw this weekend was testers being sold as regular products. What's even more disappointing is seeing products that appear to be from Shein being sold for 5x the price. As a longtime customer, it's frustrating to see the quality and overall shopping experience decline this much. While I was in store Thursday night I seen a roach just walking around the displays for a store selling makeup and beauty products, cleanliness should be a top priority.
