I will start this by saying that I am a hair extension novice. Amandine has a good vibe, but ultimately did not deliver on my hair. I did a phone consult and sent her pictures of my hair. I have a blunt cut. At no point before installation did she tell me she had any concerns with the hair extensions blending with my hair. The appointment was at a different address than the one listed here. Not a big deal but unexpected. I let her know I was unsatisfied with the finished look as soon she finished. She told me give it a chance and didn't offer a refund of any kind. I tried it make the best of it but got the extensions removed three days later. She was even going to charge me to remove them. This woman is a hair witch! It took me six months to find somebody in California (moved here from New York City) that I could trust with my hair extensions and I have officially found her! I'm honestly shocked with the results they are so good! She seems to have a strong focus on doing hair extensions so that's probably why she's so good at it... Like it seems like she's clearly spent a lot of time becoming a perfectionist, her work is seamless. She installed over 150 g of 22 inch and 18 inch platinum blonde hair, and my hair is thin but somehow she hid and blended it perfectly. When I got home my boyfriend told me that my hair looked "so much better than the last time" (Which was way more expensive, for really just horribly done extensions in Beverly Hills. Never again.) After that and multiple nightmare experiences with people trying to do tape-in extensions when they don't know how, I am so so so so happy to have found her! I would recommend going to get your own extension and bringing them when you see her. That way you know the exact length and color you want. I hate to even give a bad review because I came in with the impression that I was going to be extremely happy with the end results of my extensions. Unfortunately, I left with money lost and me being a unsatisfied customer. The business owner is nice and genuine, but the fact that I did not like my results was very upsetting. I have a blunt hair cut, which the stylist knew about before hand because I sent her a picture of my hair before proceeding to send my deposit. She stated that tape in extensions were the best fit for my hair due to the fact that I had a blunt hair cut. When I left, I left with my extensions unblended and the color did not even match my hair which she also asked about before hand. I ended up expressing how I felt and she recommended that I went to a salon to see if they can fix it. I went to 3 different professional salons and they basically said they cannot fix it because the job was not done correctly to begin with. Imagine hearing that after already having them glued on. I texted the owner and told her that I couldn't get them fixed and asked her for a PARTIAL refund, I paid $500 total. $205 was the deposit for her to buy the hair and the installation was the rest. She stated that she does not do refunds, but that she felt bad so she send me ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS back, how is that even partial. Anyways, I was not only upset, I was in pain from the extensions at some point. I had no choice but to do my research and go on amazon and buy a tape in remover. Now I am back to my regular hair after a terrible experience. I am writing this review for awareness and for people to actually do their research before spending their hard earned money. read more

I was in so much pain from my scalp my head will hurt through out the days it was just uncomfortable she only put a little hair as well so it's not like cause it was heavy i felt like she put so little hair as well she even said it her self she should of gotten 2 packets which she told me she was gonna do that's why she was charging me more I'm still confused about that but whatever once again plus she put one a lil above my ear I couldn't even move that section of hair . I looked it up and saw some Pic of how it was supposed to be placed and wasn't the way I had it so she didn't do it correctly she put it so close to my scalp I was in pain till I couldn't take it . only good thing I can say is the color match was good so it's safe to say I won't be coming back again .
