Today August 19,2026 I went into the store with my mother who's battling cancer currently , it's been a rough 4 months undergoing chemo . My mother hasn't felt like herself within these months , today we went into the store to just restock on some of her favorites to start lighting up her days whenever she does her makeup , it was nerve racking entering the store with a wheelchair given we know stores aren't as handicapped equipped. Going into Ulta immediately we were received warmly , with questions if we needed help. We came across Noemi who helped us the whole time within the store , for the first time in a while my mom got to feel like herself again even if it was for a couple of minutes . Something as simple as going into the store to get items she had ran low on and tried new makeup shades lit up her day, it had been a while since my mom has even wanted to step out the house it took her convincing and today I'm glad we did. Noemi was more than kind , charismatic , helpful & patient , I want to give a huge thank you to her and hope her associates around her show her this review to let her know how amazing she's doing , she lit up the Ulta with her kindness and I hope she continues to do excellent things within her near future . Sometimes something that is an everyday task for associates simply isn't , I want this to be a moment that Noemi knows today she brought confidence to a woman who hasn't been herself in months , who's fighting cancer actively & for the first time in months she gifted my mom a moment of beauty . Thank you for what you did even if it may not seem big to anyone coming across this it mean more than anyone could realize .

I told her which product I was looking for, and instead of helping, she simply said, "Go ask someone else who has a walkie-talkie." I then walked around the store trying to find another associate, but there was no one available to help. Eventually, I found the product on my own and left.

They are consistently kind, patient, helpful, and genuinely make shopping there a positive experience. However, the condition of this store is becoming impossible to ignore. Every time we visit, there is a strong unpleasant odor throughout the store. The air feels heavy, humid, and uncomfortable, making it difficult to breathe. What concerns me even more is that the employees almost always sound congested or sick while working in the store. The last time I visited, I happened to run into one of the employees during her lunch break in the food court. Outside of the store environment, her voice sounded completely different--clear and healthy. That experience made me even more concerned about the air quality and overall working conditions inside the store. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed that this issue appears to have gone unaddressed for so long I am surprised no one has reached out to OSHA. Carter's should be taking better care of its employees. They are the primary reason my family continues to shop at this location, and it is frustrating to see them working in conditions that seem unhealthy and uncomfortable. I am honestly surprised that these conditions have not prompted further investigation, especially with warmer weather approaching. Employees and customers should not have to spend time in an environment that feels difficult to breathe in. Something needs to be done. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and my checkout was quick and hassle-free. The prices were pretty reasonable, with blind boxes ranging from about $9.99 to $29.99, and most of the ones I saw were around the $30 mark. Employees could be seen working hard, nonstop, bringing in boxes and boxes of new inventory to restock all the shelves from the weekend's sales. I am not a regular shopper at any Hobby Lobby store; however, after visiting this store, I became a fan as they offer so many interesting, fun, and affordable products. Employees were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. There is another Hobby Lobby store closer to my home but for me, I don't mind the extra drive as I really enjoyed my visit to this specific store.

Well I cannot shop here alone. While they do offer a wheelchair cart. It is a manual cart with a large basket that locks you into the seat and is a very large size wheelchair. That part is great for the plus size disabled community. I really do mean that. Props for being plus size friendly. But seriously shame on you for not having something for a disabled person to shop on their own. Not a single electric cart. Not one. I can't self propel myself in a manual wheelchair. I don't want to be trapped by the basket of the chair either. I mean if I needed to get up where would I put my items I'm going to purchase. If I needed to reach for something on a higher shelf. So again not for me. Not a place I could shop alone even if I wanted too. The staff was all standing around talking to one another. Not really offering much help to the customers. When I did ask for help they didn't seem to know where anything was. Yes this is a new store. New employees and they are getting the lay of the land per say. But not even the management seemed to know where things were. So all in all you get one star because I wasn't able to really look around. I wasn't able to enjoy my shopping. I wasn't able to hold items as I can't push a cart and walk with my forearm crutches at the same time. Please let me know if you do get a better way for a disabled person to shop and I will be back and spend some time perusing the aisles.
