She's always professional and does a great job every time! It's a more clinical vibe than if you went to an individual esthetician, but everything is always clean and sanitary. A simple eyebrow waxing can have you out the door within 15 minutes, giving you plenty of time to run other errands in midtown. My most recent wax was yesterday (03/28/26) and it looks amazing! Ansley is personable and very easy to talk to, or she respects a silent visit if you're more introverted! Overall, I love coming here!

I had looked this up and wasn't too fond of the reviews but it was in such a convenient location that I decided to give it a shot anyways. Welll ... I came for a gel mani and gel pedi. It was so bad I didn't even get a gel pedi because the gel mani was ridiculously sad. I asked for a square shape but making sure the edges of my nails are round and not sharp as they get snagged on things. Welp .. didn't listen to that. And the polish?
