I asked if I can bring him in right away. They said, "We can't fit you in. Sorry." I begged and said he might die. They did not care. They told me they might be able to fit me in the NEXT DAY in the afternoon. I slammed down the phone and said I'd never be back. I called Wedington Animal Hospital, and they didn't ask any questions. They said to bring him in IMMEDIATELY. I did, and they saved him. He was there for a couple of days, and they made sure he would recover and be OK. They will always be our vets as long as we live in this area. Hamish loved the people, and he's now 12 years old and as feisty as ever. I feel so bad for my dog to get that stressed Now I will need to look for another place to take him - after he's been so stressed out and not even groomed. They also said he acted up and charged me $15.00 extra for bad behavior. He's a small dog and has never been a problem to bathe before.
