A few years later, I wanted to adopt another kitty she had on her fb. Then, kitty got moved somewhere else. So I emailed POPP each week to know the progress. They were infuriatedI was doing that! One of the foster moms, Tracy Sparks said more or less to back off on writing them emails. They wouldn't even respond at all. They finally Called me from Petsmart, to say, "I thought you were interested in this kitty. Your not here!! My husband picked up kitty. A few months later, the foster mom put another iucture up for this new kitty. I responded to her pick and said how adorable it was. And wrote,."hmmm" She emmediately unfriended me. Obviously didn't want me adopting another kitty from them. Tracy Sparks. All because I wanted to know how that kitty was doing!! Not a very professional behavior. You'd think someone who cares about the kitty's and their welfare is not recommended.

She questioned me beyond belief before even asking which kitten we were looking at. After finally asking, she expected us to buy a kitten without even holding/interacting with it. She was incredibly rude and demeaning to my family. Not even sure her name or I'd call her out specifically. They want to help these pets and give them good homes, but then are super rude and ridiculous about it. I'll be getting my pet elsewhere!

I said he usually takes 3 hours, she assured me she could do it in 1 1/2 hours or 2...I said really take all the time you need. His whole underside is skinned, no trimming on the long hair around his parts, skinned patches EVERYWHERE, crooked face, specifically said no fluffy mustache, close shave, of course it was a fluffy crooked mustache. There was a huge patch of long hair hanging down on his butt plain as day!! When I got home and looked at him because of course when you pick up your baby their excited and wanting to get out as quick as possible so looking them over especially for my dog who has bad anxiety isn't possible. First thing I cut the huge chunk of hair hanging down, tried to fix his face cut the huge tuft of long hair hanging off his chest , just sick of it. I spend so much money and place after place either doesn't take the time or cuts him without telling me, I don't get it just so disappointed.
