When I mentioned that I wasn't sure if he knew we were out front, he tersely replied, "Yes, I knew. What can I do for you?" When I said we wanted to rent a U-Haul, he looked annoyed and said we would have to wait 30 minutes -- no apology, no explanation, just blatant irritation that we even asked for help. We left and went to another U-Haul location where we were treated respectfully and professionally. This experience was rude, unwelcoming, and completely unacceptable. In case you have never worked on a car, replacing a rear main seal requires that you remove the transmission. Major work at a more than fair price. I guess the guy way back in 2013 with a bad review had a different experience than the rest of us.
