Now that I've been working out and running I developed some serious knots and tightness around my shoulder traps and chest that eventually made it very hard to sleep at night and the stiffness became too much to endure during the day. Went in for a 90 minute massage and although it was slightly painful at some points, I noticed an immediate change in stiffness yesterday and this morning feeling a lot better. I followed it up with a warm epsom salt bath last night as well and plan to stretch and do more cardio for increased blood flow so that I can minimize this from ever happening again. I told her I'd tip after and ended up getting the softest and more pathetic massage you would expect from your great granny that had advanced arthiritis on her hands. I am a good tipper as I've worked in the service industry but I refused to reward at the slightest of the bs the lady pulled that day. Left her a 0 tip and had some sharp words for her as I left. Now I know if I ever deal with that again I'd walk out right away and demand my money back .
