You might not see it, but there is ham all underneath so each bite has ham. The sauce and runny yolk makes the dish decadent. The top part of the croissant was served vertical and I had to move it to make it more "sandwich-like". Matcha latte doesn't taste sweet at all so if you're thinking it will taste like what you'd get at Starbucks, it won't! But this is how I prefer it. The cup was super full when it arrived!!
