From that point on the service has been terrible. We have always been the ones to initiate contact with the store, whether it is to check on if our furniture was in and with later issues we had with the furniture being damaged. Twice now when we've called to check on if the furniture was in yet they had told us, Oh yes, it's in our warehouse, but yet no one had called to set up a delivery time. After the first delivery, the top of our chest of drawers was completely cracked, the nightstand had a paint drip on it, and the side rail for the king size bed had a large chunk of wood out of it. The delivery guys said that a manager would call us on Monday. We waited patiently more than a week and never heard back from anyone at the store. We called and the manager said that the pieces would be re-ordered, didn't seem phased by the fact that we had so much damage and never apologized or even seemed concerned that we had issues. We again waited months and never heard from the store. We called again and were told oh yes, it's in but again no one called us to set up a delivery time. They brought the furniture out. The side rail again was broken and the nightstand was so damaged that the drawer couldn't even be pulled out. The furniture was again taken back and no one called us to let us know what they were going to do. My husband again called and was told that it would be re-ordered. We waited again for the furniture never hearing from the store and then my husband again calls and they said yes it's available and it's in the warehouse. We were told a manager was going to come out and he never showed up or called. We waited a while and then again my husband called and the manager again said yes that he was going to come out on the Saturday but again he never showed up or called. We spent a lot of money but once they had our money, apparently that's where their customer service ends. I was looking forward to having a local furniture company that I could use, but I would not recommend this business to anyone.

They don't hover and make you feel hunted like other furniture stores yet they're always ready to help and check on you often. We even sat down with a few of them for a while and had good laughs with them. They're honest, affordable, and willing to do what is needed to help you find what you're looking for. We left the first time we went so we could shop around at other places but quickly realized this is the place to go with the best prices so we returned to make our purchases. What a great group! I purchased a couch and rug on May 19 and was told they would be delivered on June 10. A few days before delivery, I was informed the couch was delayed by two weeks. Since then, the delivery date has continued to change--from late June to July 4, then July 6--with no proactive communication from the store. Every update has required me to call and ask for information myself. What has been most disappointing is the lack of transparency. After multiple conversations, I was told that the vendor supplying the couch has a history of delays and ongoing issues. Had that been disclosed at the time of purchase, I could have made an informed decision about whether to proceed with the order. Instead, it feels as though making the sale was prioritized over providing realistic expectations. Communication has been inconsistent throughout this process. Different information has been provided at different times, and when previous statements were questioned, I often received lengthy explanations rather than clear answers. I was even accidentally contacted and given information regarding another customer's couch order. That raised serious concerns about the store's organization and handling of customer information. To make matters more frustrating, I was offered a "loaner" couch until my order arrives. While I understand the intent, I did not pay for a temporary couch--I paid for the couch I selected and was promised would be delivered weeks ago. After more than a month of delays, shifting timelines, and poor communication, I still do not have the furniture I purchased. Customers deserve honest timelines, transparent communication, and accurate information before making a major purchase. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
