best place for all my kids to play in! great for different ages ( crawling to running ).

Very overwhelming on a recent cold weekend. They allow walk-ins, and clearly a lot of families wanted an indoor place to play. The indoor climbing equipment is unique and robust. It seemed pretty clean despite kids being everywhere. Adults could fairly easily also use the structure with their kids. Age ranges are pretty big! There's a small area for babies and young toddlers, but otherwise there seemed to be kids between 18 months and 6 or 7 years old in the main spaces. Our favorite part was the larger, open space with balls. There were lots of places to run around. Having an indoor tennis court was unique, but it was a bit crowded on our given day. We entered through the back, through the dance studio entrance, and were a little confused about set-up and cost. I'm surprised they don't have a desk at that entrance. read more

I am VERY disappointed in the lack of communication and down right false advertisement that their website displayed. I will take this as a learning lesson for future birthday parties. First and foremost, I would like to say that the two staff members helping were polite and understanding and helpful throughout the party and in no way does this review reflect on them or their service. (A+ to them) Also, I would have no issue going there during open play but in NO WAY would I pay to have a party there again or even consider it to my friends/family. 1 stComplaint: I was informed as seen below from their website that there would be a LIMITED number of the public. I chose the 1st party slot at 11:30am and walked into what looked like 3 other parties going on since there was an INSANE amount of kids there. At NO point was it mentioned that there were sports play and teams happening prior to my party and I should expect kids to "clear out" within minutes of the party starting. The anxiety and disappointment was enough to ruin my whole day. The celebration kicks off with an exciting 30-minute session of play on our Adventure Playground (Open to a limited number of the Public), where the birthday child and their friends can explore, climb, and play together. Once the energy is running high, we'll transition to our turf field (Private to you) for 30 minutes of engaging fun field games, run by your 2 party pros that will keep everyone entertained. The final 30 minutes is in your Party Room for pizza and cake $549 - 15 Party Guests 2nd Complaint: They have a Happy Birthday board which excluded my childs name throughout her whole party! It wasnt until the end of the party that I was informed by party members that her name was never on the board. I believe a staff member overheard us talking since 20mins later there it was. We had the 1st party slot. There was no reason her name was excluded on that day. It didn't matter to me much at the time since the kids are playing and not paying attention and i was so stressed out by other thing to notice BUT it is a big deal! 3rd compliant: The owner mentioned that they will provide veggie sticks, water and apple juice + 2 pizza pies within their package. At no point was anyone informed that these items would come in pitchers! If I knew this, then I would ahve purchased my own bottle water. I wasnt expecting the big bottle water but even the minis would be nice. The last party place we had provided these items so I was surprised it was not mentioned more clearly. So since I kept asking for water, they provided water bottles - which I thought was included and ended up being charged ADDITIONAL for it after the party. No call, no text no explanation just an additional charge to my card for water. RIDICULOUS 4th complaint: The play area ( even when in one side of the playplace) is SOOO big that the poor staff member tried to gather the kids for a game. THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE! No child is going to stop playing to hear instructions on a game when there are 5 million other things going on. Plus trying to keep the party together was impossible. The entrance, layout and overall experience was chaotic and unorganized. The list goes on. Not worth the cost. read more

I felt like I was in some sort of weird Adam Sandler movie. I booked free play and called to see if I could come a bit early. The guy said no problem as they were pretty quiet. When we arrived the play place was decently crowded and then when we walked over a door opened and like 20 additional kids piled into the play area. It was SO overcrowded. I asked an employee and he said it was a normal amount of kids and there was a camp. The amount of kids running through that thing was so dangerous and I was basically having an anxiety attack the entire time. They should definitely limit the amount of kids and/or close the facility to other patrons during camp. At one point one random kid came up to me and punched me in each leg. It breaks my heart to write this but my kids and I will never again patronize this business. This place is seriously lacking safety measures and that is a huge problem for a children's establishment. Visited a few weeks ago and parked in front of the entrance, came back to the car to grab an item and saw my car was hit. Spotted a camera around the entrance of the building so I went back in to ask if I could see the camera footage and to my surprise I was told the cameras didn't work and was more of a deterant, followed by the receptionist having no compassion, being dismissive and condescending. Called the police who came to establishment and they were still unwilling to cooperate with the police. I spoke to management about a week later in hopes that maybe they would be more inclined to help in efforts of providing information via the camera that I could give to my insurance. The manager/owner Anthony Ma said they did not see a need to have any type of video surveillance working which is why cameras were never fixed. This is an active parking lot for a kids establishment and should at the very least have working cameras to protect the children. What would happen if a kid decides to run and get hit by a car or if even worse a child predator trying to do harm is in the parking lot? What would happen then? Of course I was not given a straight forward response.. After speaking on this matter for much longer than I would like to and being given the runaround, I was told that my concerns would be discussed with the team and they would get back to me on if they would be willing to fix the cameras. Spoke to Anthony a week later and was told The Play Place decided fixing the cameras is not vital hence they were not going to fix it. Extremely disappointed the owner didn't see the importance of having working cameras. I hope any parent reading this would second guess patronizing an establishment that does not care about your kids safety, or provide empathy/care or assistance to resolve issues/concerns with their customers. was here for a birthday party today. Let me tell you it's in a corporate complex so if you are searching for it you'll need to look closely at the signs. Once inside it was very clean and very open. they had very clean bathrooms as well. they have a nice toddlers and young children's play area as well as a larger tennis, soccer, and dance studio. Additionally they have private party rooms which were great. A very well organized and friendly place for a kids party. They do not take photos of your kids so please remember to bring your own camera! read more

Great place I had my son's 3rd birthday there. The kids AND adults had fun. We paid an extra 30 min so it could be two hours but they waived the fee because we ended up not having a large group. The organized games were a no go because these were 1-3 year olds ha. The staff always checked in to ask what I wanted to do. The manager was great as well. I'll be looking into sports sessions this summer! They should do something about locking the door and having a door bell to enter or some security measure like Chuck E Cheese. read more

The sports director Jordan does not have patience with children of all different backgrounds. Jordan would not let my son who just turned 4 yrs old last week, jjoin the basketball class because he said my son was "disrupting his class". Naturally because it was my sons first time there he saw the other kids and wanted to play. Apparently Jordan doesn't know Its called The Play Place. Not Basketball boot camp! Excellent budget weekday (especially rainy or super hot) morning indoor oasis for parents and small children. Only $6 per anklebiter if you arrive between 9a and 9:30a M-F and siblings under 12 months are free. This is actually perfect for small kids because after 10:30a there are many bigger kids running around. The layout is conducive to organizing a playdate so moms and dads can talk while keeping an eye on their LOs. Remember to pack a snack and bring some coffee, but if you forget there's a simple but convenient cafe/snack bar. They also have a children's barbershop and karate dojo, soccer and tennis lessons, and parent's night out. read more

I recently had a birthday party for my son on 11/22 and was initially reluctant to do anything amidst a pandemic and COVID-19 cases rising again. However, due to the 10,000 sq. ft. space it really ease my mind in hosting a small intimate party of 20 ppl which included kids and parents. It was not only clean, but very sanitized with hand sanitizers located in multiple areas for all. The bathrooms were very clean and it was just lovely having so much space for people to social distance. The Play Place staff was absolutely wonderful in helping me set up and have everything ready. The kids and the parents had a great time and everyone was just so grateful to have some kind of normalcy to their lives even if it was only for two hours. Anthony the owner was extremely helpful in booking and providing recommendation on the food and everything was just right. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to host a small party for their kid(s). Thanks again Play Place. My son 5th birthday was memorable!!! read more

We just had a private spider man birthday party for my son Cody here and the party was amazing!!! Everything was organized, the staff are wonderful, amazing people and they help you so much! We just had my daughter's 3rd birthday party here. Everything was great! Deja was fantastic in planning - everything went smooth and was so easy. We did have it on a holiday so the place was a bit busy, but the kids didn't seem to care at all. They were all over the place having a great time! We were able to have our own space in the back party room to celebrate with pizza and cake. I'm definitely looking to come back here for my youngest's birthday too! Thank you! read more

Over crowded small obstacle playground area. No one watches their kid. Plus side something to do indoors with your toddler.

I go to a lot of play places. Too many indoor play places and this is the one I like the most. The facilities are so large my child never seems bored. The crawl tunnels can support my weight which allows me to join my young child. Everything is divided up by age so it's rare to have a big kid running into a small kid. It also has two fields (soccer and tennis) and a floor video game. In the middle is a large, spacious area with multiple regular sized couches, child sized furniture, and high chairs so everyone can relax or eat. This area is also clean. They even have toys attached to the walls at different heights. I'm not sure why some posters commented about staff not watching/interacting with the children. That's not a service they provide. They are friendly and polite though. With everything I listed and the fact it's $10 it's worth the visit. read more

Went today for open play time with my 3 & 5 year old boys. The facility is clean and new, broken into a tennis court, soccer field and play gym. What was disappointing was the amount of children playing in the gym space unattended by both parents & staff. It seemed that there was some sort of camp going on, as well as kids for the open play. The staff were not interacting with the kids and the mothers were just talking and not paying attention. I've been to countless places like this, and although the space was spotless, it could've been run much better. We only stayed an hour, pretty much wasting $18. read more

This place is pretty great! They have soccer and tennis lessons, a giant play structure, two separate areas for children under 5, a dance studio and even a hair cutting place. We go at least 2 times per week and some of the parents let their children run wild. It's difficult to keep an eye on the kids at all times because parts of the play structure are hard to see into. It's a great place for kids to learn how to interact with each other and solve their own problems, but I've seen many, many helicopter parents getting upset when kids have the smallest disagreement. Usually these types of places have a secondary safety gate at the front entrance, so that would be only the improvement I can think of. Oh and they could have a few rules around use of the equipment that parents can point to when things get out of hand, which can easily happen at places such as this. They have free wi-fi and a snack bar with reasonably priced goodies. Look up from your screen every few minutes and all should be well. read more

My family loves this place. I have two active boys ages 4 and 3, and winters are brutal with them being indoors so much. The Play Place is bright and clean, and offers many different ways for my sons to burn energy and have a blast. They love the indoor play structure as well as the indoor soccer/basketball/tennis areas. The staff has always been attentive and helpful, and most importantly, there are NO VIDEO GAMES or arcades here. Highly recommended. read more

This place is not great for small children. They have a designated area for kids under 4, and it's nothing but a corner, carpeted with old toys. None of the toys worked, and it looked as if they had never been wiped down. Not one staff member in sight. Older children kept going in and out, oh and a mom thought it was ok to enter the "tot's corner" with shoes on and have a long phone conversation walking around this area designated for little ones. Took my son here today. They place was filthy and the bathroom was gross. After ten minutes I asked for a refund not even the manager was able to " authorize that" I wouldn't bring your kids to this unsanitary place. You might as well bring them to a mc Donald's play place for free. The baby area is a bunch of used and very old household toys that look like they have never been wiped down. Beware! Not a safe place for younger children. My experience was terrifying. There was no explanation as to what the place can provide for my 17 month old when I registered yesterday. There's also no supervision. Parents are socializing in one area and kids are running around and being wild in another. My child was hit with a tennis racquet despite me trying to keep him out of harms way..... leaving him with a bloody eye and no one showed any interest. The girls/staff never came to our aid. I get that kids need to be kids but they must be told to be aware of their surroundings and play safe. Needless to say I canceled my registration immediately and would never take my child there again. I also don't recommend taking your child there. read more

The Play Place summer camp is fantastic with so many activities. We can take comfort in knowing our son is getting exercise and learning new skills through fun games. The camp staff is energetic, genuinely enjoys kids, and caring. Anthony manages the camp and makes every effort to provide a great experience for us. This place is a godsend if you have active preschoolers. Big soft play/scrambling structure and a bunch of other diversions including floor projected video games, tennis courts, soccer space and a baby play area. My daughter loved it between the ages of 2 and 4 - now at 4+ she is tiring of the play structure but still enjoys it with friends to play with. read more

I have been here twice so far with my 2 year old daughter. So far I really like it. It's a pretty good value for open play at $10 for two hours of play. There are separate areas for younger kids 2 and under, 3 and under, and 4 and under areas. Then there is a larger climbing and slides area for the "older" kids. When it's not crazy busy I have found that this area is great for my 2 year old too. It's challenging, but fun for her. I have not tried a class yet. I also find it intriguing that there is a dance school and a space for children's hair cuts there and if you use either of those two things your kid gets to play here for free. read more

Our daughter loves coming here on rainy and cold days to get some energy out! (We've brought her here since she was about 18 months.) There are areas suitable for different age groups, and she enjoys the baby spot, the under 3 spot, and the smallest slides and climbing area -- I think that's for under 4 or 5. Plus she will run around the soccer field or tennis court if they're open. It's always very clean, the staff is available if you need them (although at her age we just chase her everywhere), and while it's usually quite crowded, she likes that because there's always plenty of kids to play with. I'm so happy we discovered it, and that we can just pop in for $10 when we need it! read more

This was the only option we had while visiting the area. Keeping two kids busy in a hotel room during the winter is not much fun :( Anyway, I really liked how large the space is, but was disappointed in the play options. It seemed to be set up more for physical play, and then too, not much to keep children entertained - just a lot of space to run around. One positive was that if my kids were older, I could have sat in a central area and watched them run around. Being that my kids are 4 and 1+, I had to stay with them the entire time. read more

This place was a blast for my nephews! They are 4 and 5 so as most of you know, they are definitely a handful with the amount of energy they have! The staff was extremely friendly to my nephews and the place was maintained very well!
