The first two times I came in, the service was great -- helpful, friendly, and attentive. But this last visit was a completely different story. No one greeted us when we walked in. They were too busy having personal conversations with other people -- not even helping them, just chatting as if it were a hangout spot. One worker spent the entire time stacking shoe boxes and never once looked up or acknowledged us. Not even a "Hey, we'll be with you in a minute." Nothing. We waited patiently, but after about 20 minutes of being completely overlooked, we just walked out. It's one thing to be busy, but this felt like they didn't care at all that we were there. It was rude, unprofessional, and disappointing -- especially considering how good the service used to be. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won't be coming back.
