I watched​ all the ​ possible Youtube videos​ and decided that the machine was broken and took it there for service. I didn't pretend I knew anything about sewing or sewing machines. The person that I was dealing with could easily charge me for whatever she wanted. She looked at it, turned a few knobs and magically the machine started behaving again. She explained to me what was wrong, and how to take care of it. No need for service, no charge. I came back home and was able to finish my project. It's definitely a gem!

It's a great place to get a gift or a funny/ handmade card for any event. They are professionally trained in graphic design and they are really helpful with designing a monogram or a set of stationary. They do all sorts of custom stationary/ monogramming work. It's an extremely friendly, adorable little shop and the people who work there are great. It's tucked away on the side of one of the buildings in Old Greenwich, but if you keep your eyes peeled for a big navy blue flag that says "Paper + Stitch," you'll find it. They put a bowl of water out for dogs and there's a bench to sit on outside for kids or people with tired feet. Check it out!
