I really appreciated that he asked if he needed to take his boots off. Mel really gave my son and I the southern hospitality vibe which we adored. He was very knowledgeable in his trade and knew exactly how to fix the issues at hand. My son's shower had a leak due to the handle being loose and a cartridge having gone bad on the internal mechanism. My house is 20+ years old so slowly things are starting to go bad. Mel did not have the part needed on hand, but that wasn't an issue for him. He went to 3 different stores to find the part I needed and ensured that my son had a working shower the same day. (which is much appreciated since he is 13 years old) Also fixed was my garbage disposal, it was a quicker job, but not only did he make sure the disposal was properly installed; he made sure to clean up after himself as well! However he proceeded to "fix the issue" and charge $700 for services. on April 3rd the same issue occurred and when Mike the owner came out this time he stated himself "the job should have not been done from the beginning due to the type of tank. A bad review was posted due to this poor quality and lack of professionalism. Mike himself asked for the review to be removed in exchange for half a refund.
