He went right to work checking the whole system found the problem, a leak in the supply line from my well. While an estimate was provided, when we asked standard clarification questions about fixture appearance and scope prior to installation--important since the work was for an elderly parent--the company declined to provide additional details or photos and stated they could not answer the questions. Clear communication and transparency are important to us when work is being done in a family member's home. Repeated misspelling of my name in correspondence also raised concerns about attention to detail. Due to these issues, we chose not to proceed.
