We have used them in the past from stopped drains to water heater replacement. Louie & his team are professional & knowledgable. They communicate In a timely manner. We had 3 issues today that they addressed, slow toilet, shower dripping, 2 under sink valves needed replaced. They were here about an hour and fixed all but Moen shower as it needs a new handle...Louie explained the old handle set screw was corroded so bad it could not be removed & will need to cut off which he won't do until he has new handle in hand. In the past two days, my toilet has been rather unenthusiastic, sloooooowly emptying its contents, requiring a bit of a good plunging to completely flush the bowl. This morning, the water level in the bowl continued to rise...and rise...and rise. This was beyond plunging. Started perusing Home Depot's website for snakes...told my cousin what I was doing, and I hear her telling her husband, "Cindy Jane thinks she's going to Home Depot and snake it herself!" I hear her hubby retort, "She's just gonna hurt herself!" OK fine. Guess it's time for...THE PLUMBING GUYS!! Called the line at 9am, and a little after 1pm, Jesse showed up at my front door. Jesse and his snake muhaha. Jess snaked the toilet. And tried flushing. His snake didn't work. :-P Jesse then advised me then that he'd have to remove the toilet. Jesse removed the toilet, and found...my barely used 8oz tube of Korres fig body butter. Damn it. I really liked that body butter. And if you're wondering, no, it's not in usable condition. I would've used it if were still capped. Seriously. But if it was a toothbrush, no, I wouldn't have re-used it. I could go on and on with this "what if it were...would you still...", but I digress. So, after Jesse retrieved my unusable body butter, he replaced the toilet, resealed it, cleaned up his mess (with his own supply of rags!) and bagged up his trash. And now I'm happily flushing without hesitation! It could've worse, I suppose. Jesse related stories how he's found questionable under garments clogging up the drain. And people, these things get photographed as documentation. So think twice about what you're flushing down the toilet! Intentionally flushing down something that didn't come out of an orifice, that is. Anyhoo, please call these guys...THE PLUMBING GUYS! They may be based out of Lake Elsinore, but they go EVERYWHERE. What a great experience with The Plumbing Guys, Louie, Carlos and Diego, they did a great job for us. I had sprinkler issues on Saturday late afternoon, one of the values broke and water was pouring out along with a sprinkler not shutting off. I had already called two other companies and Louie was able to give me an approximate time down. We had a great time discovering were all values were located plus shutting water down on our property, basically you had to go across our property to shut off outside water, it's a bit of a walk. They capped off the leaks on Saturday and came back with all new valve replacements on Thursday. Yes, I would highly recommend these guys for your plumbing needs. Contacted Louie (owner)early morning and came with a NEW 40gal gas heater and installed and haul away old useless heater within 2 hours of my call!! definitely the most pleasant experience ever! We just had a water softner installed. There are BURN marks on our white walls in the garage. Is that normal? Plus we checked on the piping today and there are leaks already? In addition we were charged $150 cash for the service man to buy some material that was not itemized. Everything just seemed a little shady. Our hot water stopped working and our filtered water is now brown. Its a nightmare, all happened today!!!! We were referred via amazon. Update: the next morning a plumber was sent, LUIS. Amazing guy!!! Helpful, informative, and explained everything. He apologized for the work previously done and attempted to remedy the situation promptly and with a smile. Without him i was highly HIGHLY skeptical..but he def won my trust back. They did not have the parts needed and could not get my water to the house back on. Came back Sunday morning to correct the issues but created another. Work that was done was good and both techs were professional. Was told they would return in a couple days to fix what they created. Gave a discount due to the problem not being resolved the first day. HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM. As I mentioned, my fault for paying them in full. Update: After review was posted I contacted. I had a plumbing emergency yesterday in my studio apartment , I called the plumbing guys I let them know the situation that was happening at my studio . They gave me a time Frame of the time they will be here , the plumbing technician showed up faster than I thought it surprised me !! Haha he was in the area . The tech was a great guy he's name was Luis , very professional Individual he knows he's stuff when it comes to plumbing . He went out of his way to figure out what exactly the problem was in the apartment . The main Sewer line was clogged up so he rain the snake , that same clog made my toilet seal break and cause Leakage all over the bathroom . He reseted the toilet for us applied new cocking to the bottom and bammm issues fixed !! The pricing was very good . If you ever have plumbing issues call these guys you won't regret it .
