These guys are AWESOME! I had a yard drain that had slowed down over the last couple of years and then stopped draining at all! I called this company and they recommended HYDROJETTING the drain. I had already tried flushing it with a high pressure hose and running a snake through the line. I thought HYDROJETTING the line was a fancy way of saying they were just going to try to flush the line. I WAS WRONG!!! The machine they use has a CRAZY amount of pressure with a root cutting tool on the end. They pulled out rocks, roots, and 27 years of dirt and dog hair and now the drain runs better than ever. Doing this kept me from having to pull up my pavers, a job I was not looking forward to and I still wouldn't have gotten the line as clean as they did. I can't say enough good stuff about Danny and his crew, as this is actually the second time I've had to call them out and will call them again next time. First incident Aug 2020 - downstairs toilet back flowed (yes, yuck!!!) and they came out the next day (Sunday) to snake it...had a decent clog almost at the dump section of piping, to the main city sewer pipe. Issue fixed, and we were stoked! Second incident Dec 2020 - another back flow...very frustrated now. I asked for Danny to camera the pipe, as it would have been a waste of time/money to snake it again without seeing the root...pun intended...of our issues. Roots were seen very close to the end of our sewer line...so he brought out the sonar machine to pin-point the location of the clog, since the camera has a beacon on it. Now, I'm a do-it-yourself kind of guy and thought about how I could fix it myself, as he said the repair would be about 4-5 feet down. I'm not afraid to shovel a bit...but, with a bad back, I rented a mini-X from Home Depot (I don't recommend this unless you have the 411 service mark your pipes, because I ended up coming within about a foot of gas line based on the location of the issue). This was also an issue, because the builders put the sewer line about 7-8 feet down...ended up waaaaay over my head...literally. So I called Danny and asked for him to finish the job. He came out to look and committed to the following day. Took the crew a good amount more of digging, but they fixed the issue and even raised up the clean-out so I could dump my grey/black water from my RV upon return from trips. 100% satisfied with their service, thank you Danny! read more

Positive note fast service. We had them out twice recently once for our house and once for my dads. Both job were "fixed" but had issues with the clogs days later. We hired another company to come back out and do the job right. They found clogs that were not cleared, just pushed out further. Since this happened with both homes they were hired for, it makes me question how throughly they cleared the pipe. Also one home was vacated, so no one was there to reclog the drain. Too much money spent to have to have both done twice. They also would not offer any discount to come back out to the house that was vacant. This means they don't guarantee their work, even after a week. read more

They replaced fill valve & flapper in a toilet. They did not make the water to fill the tank up to former water level and the toilet did not flush properly. I didn't realize they only had a 30 day warranty, and I did not call them in time to come back out to fix it. Called yesterday about at about 1:50 pm. At 5 pm I hadn't been contacted so I called back. Dispatcher said he gave my information to the plumber. Plumber called me back in five minutes stating he had the wrong number. Wanted to set an appointment the following day. I need a snaked drain in Kitchen ,after applying Drano all through home. (which i did not realize ,cleaned the pipes so good that, it pulled ALL the grease off. ) Anyhow, i had them come out.(They were quick) and i thought it was a $75 call and if something cray, then of course....pay to play. So at the clean out, it was undone, snake ran and cleaned it approx 2-5 minutes max ,and they were gone. $175!!! dollars . i was like, What The ****. I'm just bitchin about the price.
