While the Acton Plaza has been around for years, it has been a significant time since is has been remodeled, and now it's attractive, well designed and has a ton of curb appeal. It doesn't have the BEST stores, but has two sides of shopping, one on Main Street and one section on Massachusetts Avenue, connected by Community Lane. It has lost a few stores over the years, but has also gained a few. Currently the front end of the shopping center (Mass Ave) side has more of the big-box / chain stores: - Roche Bros - TJ Maxx / HomeGoods - Johnny Rockets - Paper Store - Radio Shack - Unleashed by Petco and the back end of the shopping center (Main Street) side has more of the independent / small stores / restaurants : - Acton Wine & Spirits - Not Your Average Joe's - TC Lando's - SuperCuts - Sleepy's (ok they are not all independent) - Dunkin Donuts and a few other shops. Convenient place to shop in Acton, and one of the main retail sectors of the large town in Metrowest. Perfect stop off the highway to be able to get right back on! 4 stars for the Acton Plaza.

The selection is unique and I believe that it's fate if you happen to find something that resonates with you. The staff here (now) have been courteous and honestly very helpful - so I've been splurging a lot more than usual. When a store offers amazing customer service, and great deals, I can definitely see the boost in sales - at least out of my wallet at least lol. I highly recommend coming back here now, love the customer service and welcome feeling when I enter this store now. Highly recommend!

The owner is extremely knowledgeable. I had a bunch of questions the last time I visited, and he was very patient with me. He answered all my questions. They also have a bunch of card games and board games. In the past, I stopped in and there were a bunch of folks in a side room playing an online video game. Unfortunately, COVID had a bit of an impact on that business. It sounded like they are trying to work out a new contract to get that going again.

Then decided to tell me that all of my tags were wrong! I can see one tag, but 10 items??? Then says "you know what you did". I said "I'm sorry, I didnt do anything, what are you implying" she ignored me. She said the prices were wrong. I'm APPALLED at her behavior and insinuating demeanor. Im here from out of town and Ill definitely be contacting corporate. She is a disgrace to customer service and should not be wotking in retail if she doesnt know how to have tact.

This place is a total train wreck now. Weeks of delivery's not put on the shelves. Usually the keep it organized and tagged correctly but not you have to dig through the delivery's to find what you need. Shelf selection is horrid with most of the shelves empty. When you find what you want it's always a good value however they are blending it I to a Family dollar wit a lot of $3-7 items on the shelf so you have to choose wisely. This was my favorite at one time not I am so stressed walking in there. Today they has 1 at the register with no one in the store and 4 others just chilling. New manager need to focus on prioritizing and productivity. I would say there are 4 weeks zig delivery's on the floor. Whoever the DM is need to get them trained. 4 free ppl should be able to get the store right after each delivery. Now it will take them days!
