The store was pretty quiet and that made for a nice, relaxed shopping experience. I browsed around in the women's clothing department and they had a great selection of Spring and Summer clothing at very reasonable prices. They were running a good sale. I also shopped the cosmetic counters and found a nice moisturizer so I ended up buying that. The employees were friendly and eager to help. The store was kept well stocked and clean. I would like to come back and shop at this location again.

It was shocking because nothing happened to cause that reaction except for the quick look my husband and I exchanged. The whole thing felt disrespectful and completely unprofessional. We walked out right after because no one should be spoken to or treated like that. This was honestly a terrible experience, and I would not come back. I will not be sharing a name or any identification, because I do not want to be attacked personally outside of the mall. I am unsure if the job is fit for that worker, as he clearly has outbursts.

I had been chasing since April 10th, 2026, and in May, I began calling TWICE a week. I even contacted Corporate to express my dismay in this location. Nothing was done. I contacted a former employee friend of mine who worked at this location, they said to contact the DM and provided me with the number and I was told by the DM they no longer were the DM because they were fired for correcting consumer complaints. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!!! I toke my what would have been $115.91 order, to BJ's Wholesale Club instead. People don't have time to wait for "Ghost" stores to not have any employees.
