I'm confused, is it Target or Targét? LOL Now that's funny! I'm not a frequent shopper at Target. Dropped in for shoe strings of all things. When you need small items its a quick fix. There were not a lot of selection however they ones I needed were there. This store was large, it had a fun food department that reminded me of a high end grocery store. The layout was pretty nice. The service at checkout was subpar. I asked about the military discount and the sales associated didn't know if Target I Google'd it and the Military discount is associated to your Target account. Extremely Disappointed With Target OnlineI recently purchased an item from Target online and never received it, even though the tracking claimed it was delivered. I immediately called customer service to report the missing package. I was told a ticket would be opened, that it would take 5-7 days for a response, and that I would receive an email update. Days later, I called back because I never received any email following up. The representative informed me very casually that my ticket had been closed because Target "determined" I did receive my package. They also told me Target is not responsible for porch pirates and that if my package was stolen, it's my problem. I spent $150, and their attitude was basically "too bad." To make matters worse, I asked them to update my phone number because they kept sending verification links to my old number. The rep told me they "can't help with that" and that I needed to fix it myself in the app. I already updated it over a month ago, and it still isn't fixed. They refused to assist. With porch theft happening everywhere, it's unbelievable that Target puts the blame on the customer instead of standing behind their deliveries. I now understand why so many people are boycotting Target. I paid for an item I never received, got zero support, and was basically told it's my loss. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

I fucking hate target. My wife and I have come twice this week at least two hours before close and they wouldn't let us try anything on. I had to buy 200$ worth of clothes just to see if they fit and gonna have to go out of my way to return what doesn't tomorrow. Right before I get on a plane because of the "return policy" the girl told me about near the dressing room. So ridiculous. I've shopped at this target pretty much a majority of my life. Never had a problem with customer service until these past couple months. America the employee that's at the front desk at guest services has always had an attitude and been disrespectful the few times I've had to exchange or return something. She has never greeted or had a great attitude towards myself and my family. I'd recommend giving someone else the position. read more

Update to my review After the remodel, this location is very clean, beautiful layout and softer lighting (yes it does make a difference), especially in the cosmetics and pharmacy area. The food stop has a larger variety than most other Super Target locations (healthy snacking is possible). Restrooms ate wrll kept also. read more

This is a good Target. It is large, modern and clean. Plenty of parking. Well stocked. I am not thrilled about the Public Improvement Fee that is assessed on every purchase (just under 1%). It's not anything Target can do anything about but it does impact your total cost. I am glad that the settings on the traffic light light camera at the intersection with the shopping area and Hampden Avenue is not as aggressive as they used to be. Now at least 3 cars can make a left without getting a ticket. Good store but fee and traffic camera are downsides to its location. read more

LOVE target , people here are nice, never had a run in with any rude employees, place is clean, they have a great selection of stuff, from electronics to clothing and food etc. The value of stuff here is good, sometimes the ulta section in the store can be a little messy but they definitely have everything from face care to makeup products ranging from two faced better than sex and tarte and even ordinary. I've noticed they do charge a pubic service fee which is usually about $0.20 cents, I don't really stress about it but i know it does add up, do with that information as you will. read more

I really enjoyed my visits to this Target location. The outside of the store is visually appealing and modern looking. Inside of the store, it's quite clean, easy to navigate, and well stocked. The staff is mostly super friendly and helpful (especially Makiah, who demonstrated customer service skills which are exemplary). The only reason why I am dinging them a star is because of their departure from the Target corporate policies of making a single stall gender neutral restroom available. As much as I don't want to play into the delusions of right wing nutjobs by mentioning Target's restrooms, this Target does everything else so incredibly well. The dubious out of order sign on the gender neutral restroom in the front, and then the reaction of two employees when I asked for the code to the gender neutral restroom by the pharmacy are what cost this particular Target location a five star rating. read more

This is directed towards the pharmacy, but this entire store is phenomenal. It always has amazing value. People have become impatient crybabies! These guys are fantastic and are VERY quick. If I need medication ASAP, they always make sure to accommodate me. If they can't, they will tell you. When I say ASAP, I don't mean they will have it for you in 5 min. I mean they will do their best to have it to you that day. If you need your meds sooner than that, may I suggest ordering them a few days earlier? Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs get so much hate. Nine times out of 10, the cause is outside their control. I see people ripping into these guys when it was the patients' insurance fault! Or if the pill is out of stock or many other things are out of the pharmacy's control. Getting mad at them or throwing a fit because you didn't get your way is pathetic! That may even make them run slower... who knows? If everyone wants their meds ASAP, how does that work out for them? As soon as those ASAP orders start backing up, it will take longer. The patient's failure to properly plan does not constitute an emergency. These people work their butts off to make sure we all have our medicine. Plus, I have not seen a Pharmacist or pharmacy tech be disrespectful to me EVER. This is the pharmacy you want to go to to make sure you get your pills and that it will be done correctly and with a smile. You guys are amazing, and we will continue to come anytime we need a script filled. read more

This Target usually has everything I need and has a nice layout. It's not a super busy target so I can usually get through the lines pretty quick. Sometimes the shelves are not well stocked but it's always clean and the aisles are wide, and easy to walk through. They have a great shopping experience for sure! read more

Always available parking and in a very well kept area. Makes you feel safe to go there. Store is rarely busy and the staff seem friendly. The only downside is they never restock their baskets. Also, the AT&T salesman can get annoying if you wanna go to the electronic section. Other than that, it's my go to store for things. Quick in and out if you need to grab something. I will no longer patronize this store, or any Target for that matter, due to an experience I recently had. I was purchasing a clutch (small, flat, handheld purse) at the self checkout. Right as I scanned the item and put it in the bag, a rude employee rushed over and asked "Can I look inside this, if you don't mind?" I hadn't even opened my mouth to answer before she took the clutch out of the shopping bag and was digging around inside. It all happened so fast that it took me several seconds to realize that she was falsely accusing me of stealing, in addition to roughly handing merchandise that I was soon going to purchase without even waiting for me to give my approval. I also didn't like the way she acted, like it was a matter of life or death and I was someone who just had to be stopped when I wasn't even doing anything to begin with. This Target literally has cameras at each self checkout, in addition to rude employees keeping watch over everything all along the front of the store. I have no doubt that there are cameras all over the store as well. What reasonable person would steal, especially in this day and age, and at this store? Moreover, the clutch I was purchasing was so flat that it would have been impossible to fit most items that they sell inside. I don't appreciate being accused of stealing when I did absolutely nothing to indicate that I would be committing such a crime. Because I do not wish to be hassled by hostile employees when I am just trying to have a pleasant shopping experience, I will not be spending my money here. read more

This Target is pretty much the same as any other location. Large with many different departments. Most stores of this nature are broken up in a 25% grocery and 75% non grocery ratio. While the grocery side brings in the most business and is usually the most populated section of the store. In my shopping excursion I found that the store was clean, bright, and fully stocked, except for pandemic related items such as toilet paper and cleaning supplies, and the checkout process was smooth and hassle free as I tend to go during non peak hours. read more

CAUTION: Check your cold/flu/allergy meds to make sure they were not tampered with when purchasing from this location. Purchased Benadryl from the app for a drive up pick-up. My husband went to pick it up, and when he got home, I saw that the package was opened, AND some of the capsules had been used. My husband than noticed that the box advertised the hard pink capsules, but inside there were the liquid clear gels.... It would seem that either the person who packed our order didn't care enough to give us a new box (with the correct capsules), or they opened it up and switched the type of capsules, and then used some. When we went to exchange the employees were very non-apologetic, and offered no explanation. I came here about a month ago to replace a moisturizer and it was not stocked on the shelf. I checked the app which said it was in stock and I looked for someone to help me for about 15mins before giving up. I ordered the moisturizer for pick up and came back an hour later to get it. Today I come back to get the same moisturizer and deodorant. I checked stock prior to arriving and saw both items were available. I get to the store and neither item is on the shelf.. again no one to ask for assistance. Again, I have to order online and will have to make another trip back to pick up. Sheridan SUPER TARGET.... Hubs and I were here on Thursday June 4th 2009. I like this SUPER TARGET, though we nearly get lost trying to find this SUPER TARGET. To get in this part of the neighborhood, let alone driving can be slightly "tricky or "tedious" with the round abouts etc etc. When we enter, on the right side of this SUPER TARGET, apparently I feel, the layout of this SUPER TARGET location is slightly different from what I am used to. On the left wing, its where the ladies departments are located. Right on the entry way, slightly on the left towards the center were the Kitchen Department and on the extreme left of this SUPER Target is where the food, produce department. These were the areas we explored that afternoon. I was slightly disoriented with the unfamiliar layout but at least they have most of the items of what other SUPER TARGETs across Colorado that I have been to. This Target sneaks a "Public Improvement Fee" onto your transaction. This is basically a fee that Target's Landlord imposes onto the consumer so they can make even more money off of the consumer. It's not a tax and I don't even know how it's legal. Boycott this location and call your representatives. read more

This Target has everything from eggs to drinks to over-the-counter medications. The only thing they don't have is a blood pressure checking system. But while there I bought some awesome soup (I didn't realize that Oprah had a soup too) and was able to save money versus food at the hotel across the street. read more

Slowest and worst checkout of any Target - There's 24 lanes of cash registers and even on busy school supply weekend at 4pm there's 3 cashiers with lines of shoppers 8 deep...and there's no rush by these 3 for sure...this is a common issue at this store... read more

I had no idea this Super Target was here, as it's hidden back behind the giant Costco. I'm very glad to have found it! Overall, it's just like the Super Target over on Colorado (and probably every other Super Target in the country), except the one on Colorado sells wine and this one doesn't seem to. They have some beer, though. The biggest benefit to this ST is the crowds... or lack thereof. The Colorado location is jam packed nearly every day of the week, but this one wasn't filled to capacity. It was easy to park, easy to shop, and quick to checkout. read more

Don't waste your time doing online shopping here. I purchased a computer monitor and went to try and pick it up in store and they are saying there's not a single one and they must have sold the monitor within the 5 minutes I ordered it to the time I got to the store. Employees have no clue as to if they have it or not and told me to wait an extra hour to see if they have it. I need this for work today and am having to take hours out of my day sitting at target to get a monitor. Crazy. Basically said to wait an hour and if they don't have it they will cancel the order. How do you not update this information in the system and then tell someone to wait over an hour to even answer if they have the product or not. Employee was nice but was not able to be helpful at all. This Target has started to go down hill. I have been a loyal Target customer for many years and even began buying all my groceries there starting a couple years ago. That is quickly starting to change. My last two trips there, there have been expired sale tags on items. This is frustrating for two reasons: 1) I have to closely watch prices as I'm checking out and 2) the employees don't always give the right discount in order to honor the advertised price on the tag. I also attempted to return something today with the tag no longer attached but in the bag, the employee spent more time ensuring that I wasn't "engaging in any funny business" as she put it by checking tags then making my return. I understand that people aren't always honest but those of us who are shouldn't be shamed for others wrong doing. I'm on board with making sure tags match product but employees should find a way to do it without making loyal customers feel like they're not appreciated or trusted. read more

I feel bad giving this Target such a low rating because I typically shop here, however, the other day an employee really put a bad taste in my mouth for this location. While shopping I witnessed a female employee wearing a security shirt RAGING at another employee who was with a customer. She was literally raising her voice at him like a drill Sergeant would...never in my life have I seen this type of behavior demonstrated in front of customers no matter what the situation. Other Target employees were watching and it seemed so embarrassing for the company overall. I don't want to shop somewhere the employees get treated so poorly. She single handedly ruined this location for me. Shame on her. read more

Why do I need to jump through hoops to purchase alcohol here? I prefer self check out so that I can solely touch and bag my items. All grocery stores around allow you to purchase alcohol at self check out, but after getting helped twice with my $350 purchase (before beer and seltzer) I was scolded by the women working for not reading the paper, half page printed sign taped above/behind the screen that says alcohol can not be purchased at self checkout. So after purchasing my first round of items, I was sent around to the cashier lines. It's Target so you know I have to wait in a line. Turns out the cashier working couldn't check me out either. She had to run off to go get some one else. I assume a manager or someone old enough to sell me alcohol. FYI the woman working self check out was most likely someone's grandmother. This was inconvenient, and very frustrating. I'm 34 with a valid Colorado license. I spend in total over $400 today at this store. You are Target. Figure it out. read more

I have to give this Target high marks for one main reason: every time I visit, whether on a weekend or week day, I can always find parking close to the building and it's never crazily swamped (like the Colorado Blvd location. In fact, sometimes I go out of my way to visit the Sheridan Target simply to avoid the headaches and loss of sanity I experience on most visits to the Colo Blvd store.) The layout of the store is of course a bit different than the other Targets I've frequented (144th + Colo Blvd) but just ask where stuff is and you'll be in the clear. My only beef: sometimes their posted pricing isn't accurate or misleading. I'm in the biz of buying a lot of helium (for Yelp parties, people) and they had this crazy amazing price posted - like $7.95 on a helium tank that's normally $19.95 - but it turns out they just put the helium tanks next to the helium tank "kits" which were the cheaper price. I also experienced similar pricing problems in kitchenware. Just keep an eye out! Otherwise, they're good in my book. read more

This brand new Target scores points for its accessibility and selection...but otherwise it's just another store. For years I've been driving home from work on south Santa Fe and needed to stop off for some groceries on the way. Usually, I've had to turn off and zig-zag through downtown Littleton, but now I can easily zip off the exit ramp and I'm at Target. So instead of picking up some bananas and a loaf of bread...I can pick up some bananas, a loaf of bread, a DVD, a pair of socks and some GI Joe guys. But here's where it gets nasty. I've shopped there maybe four times since it opened in late July...and each time there has been a price inconsistency. For instance, I snagged a bag of dog food, marked on the shelf at 11.49. I got to the register and it was 14.99. Instead of the clerk fixing this, they told me to complete the transaction and pay for it, THEN they would go back and fix the price. Did that...and it took the clerk(s) about 15 minutes to figure out how to refund me $3.50. At one point, I just asked them to give me a free ICEE or some more bananas and we'd call it even.... but nope, I got to meet the entire management team of the new Target. Again, this has happened on all 4 of my visits to this particular Target. My advice: when you grab something off the shelf, make sure to take the shelf-tag (the pricetag) with you to the checkout. Also--and this may be a huge dealbreaker for some--an additional "Public Improvement Tax" is slapped onto every purchase. So on top of the usual taxes, you have to pay an extra percentage. They told me it's part of the RTD deal and that it's only for the city of Sheridan. If you're considering buying a large ticket item, you'd probably be better off going to any other Target. Funny note: one of the roadsigns on the way out of the parking lot tells you to hang a right for "South Santa Drive". Yay, Santa! So, for me, the only redeeming quality of this Target is its location. They could've put any grocery store or "Super Retail Outlet" in this location and it would've made no difference to me. Well, at least a Target shopping center is better than the old garages, seedy hotels and strip clubs that used to align this stretch of Santa Fe. read more

There's a cashier at this store who currently has pink hair (which is fine, just need to state so you know which one it was), and he made a statement that I was buying "cocaine covered cereal."- frosted mini wheats. Then when he checked out my 2 cucumbers, he made a joke about how my boyfriend and I are going to go home and "use them on each other" and how gross that is. So yeah. This is my favorite Super Target of the few the I frequent in Denver! It has been open for about 3 years but it looks like they opened their doors yesterday! This is the cleanest and quietest Target I have ever seen! I am sure I am not the only one who will keep my sunglasses on in a crowded Target just so people will leave me alone and not judge me for glaring at their children wrestling in the aisle on Saturday morning around 9:30 am. I am not a B just put you kids in the cart! Why don't super stores have short term day cares anymore so everyone is happy? Sorry for ranting... They have great selection, fresh produce, and I can usually find better deals than I do at the Glendale Target (my other go to). The other thing I LOVE about this Target is their employees - they don't ask everyone they see if they can help you but when you do need help they are easy to find and more than happy to help. Big! Bright! Beautiful! They did a fantastic job at this location, and this store is constantly putting amazing deals out on the isle caps of stuff that is being discontinued, returned, etc. Some serious bargains there! There is only 1 thing you need to take into consideration when shopping here: they have a 1% tax for being at River point. So expect to spend an extra dollar for every hundred you spend here. read more
