I had not gone for 4 months because my health was having an issue in the hospital not being able to drive per Dr orders. I made an appointment brought my Charlie in and I have been bathing him and brushing him all the time to make sure he had no knots in his fur. I dropped him off and when I went to pick him up they said because I hadnt been in a while the fee was 118. when I normally pay 61. I think that was out they did that and so convenient they didn't tell me when I dropped him off they waited for me to come and pick him up then told. I think that was so unfair my friend was so upset when I told her she says I should not have paid that price who doubles a fee without saying a head of time to your customer. my last time there I went to pick my dog up and the owner had to rush her dog to vet and she used my dogs collar I had to wait an hour fur her to get back so I could leave that was a really big inconvenience. I would watch about giving barks and bubbles your business I won't anymore. I will probably put a statement on fb as well this was really an underhand way of doing busness.

I called 5 times, left 3 messages and sent a text. They called me back once and left a message, I called back immediately and no one has called me back since. I have had to find yet another new groomer. If you can get in here, it's a great place, and my dogs loved it. But be prepared because you may not be able to get in again... Original post: We recently switched to this groomer because our old place started to go down hill. Our dogs were always afraid to go there too, but not Spoiled Rotten! Now when I bring them to the groomer they aren't shaking and crying. They actually run right in which is awesome. No matter how busy she has been she has figured out a way to work us in. A horrific experience with the new ownership that required a visit to my veterinarian after a week-long stay traumatized my little lady, and I chose to never use them again. That is until the (2nd) owner chose to sell the business to Graham and Kathleen - the newest owners of Puppy Love Playcare. Similar to the original owners, Kathleen and Graham also live on site. After learning of the new change in ownership, I chose to give them a call and spoke with Kathleen for quite some time. Kathleen was forthcoming and answered all of my questions. I then decided to give Puppy Love another try and am so thankful that I took the chance! My little old lady was terrified when we first pulled up and she realized where she would be staying. I'm sure she was remembering the trauma she had experienced with the previous owner. But after picking her up from that week-long stay, I couldn't have been happier. It took Kathleen and Graham a few days to get her to let down her guard and relax, but she finally did so. And she showed no signs of stress when it was time for her to come home. After such a positive experience, I chose to use Puppy Love again for a two night stay, with the same results. This time my little lady acclimated even faster and enjoyed herself even more. If you had previously used Puppy Love prior to Kathleen and Graham's becoming the new owners and are afraid to give it another try, either because of a bad experience or reading some of the horrible reviews posted during that period of time, I would suggest putting those fears aside and giving the new owners a try. Going forward this will be the only daycare or long-term boarding facility I will use for my little old lady.
