Since we're well into autumn and basically entering winter climate, only the Sky Pool was open when we visited (and 2 nearby jacuzzi pools) for all the hotel guests. Towels are up for grabs and readily available. There was plenty of seating (probably cuz it's not that warm) so we didn't need to reserve the large seats/cabanas for our large party. I was a bit bummed to not know the full "Sky Suite private pool" experience, but our kids had a blast playing in the pools!
