The time I was here, it was sunny, but a bit too cool to get into the water. Also, the FlowRider surfing ride was closed when I was here. This whole pool area is very big, there are 2 pools here, along with a game room. The game room was inside, and had ping pong and foosball tables available. There are also lots of cabanas and TVs here. The poolside bar offers food and drinks. I thought the backdrop here, with the Paris Eiffel Tower looming over the area, was great!! We visited on 7-30-26. There are 2 pools that are free for hotel & non-hotel guests - one is 21+ only (& had a bar, more seating & was bigger). The lifeguard had on Nike Michael Jordan sneakers ($200+) & socks which we found strange for would he jump into the pool if need be with $200+ sneakers & socks or jump down off his seat, take his sneaker & socks off & then jump into the pool. There was a snack bar, flowrider wave machine, blackjack/crap tables, ping pong tables, beer pong, jenga & cornhole. There were cabanas, daybeds & lounge chairs with for rent signs on them; there was like 10 free lounge chairs with no signs. There was a security guard checking bags & purses at the entrance. & we had leftover Cabo Wabo that the security guard made us keep at the security guard station. read more

My husband and his friends really enjoyed this. You get to test your surfing skills and see how long you stand. It's located next to a outdoor bar, so I can have a drink and watch everyone and take pictures. Around the corner from the outside bar there is the main swimming pool and cabanas where we had a pizza delivered. read more

PH has a decent pool, and my friend had rented a cabana since we were there for his wedding. Everything is pretty much a rental by the pool, which I guess is typical in vegas these days. We had long island ice teas in the cabana which were pretty good. It wasn't too busy in the pool while we were there, but it was sunny and the weather was nice. We decided to try the wave rider thing, which was fun. I probably made a fool out of myself trying to do the stand up board but it was fun anyways. Sarah was on staff; she was friendly and offered encouragement to just have fun. That goes a long way when trying out something new that your nervous about. I did ok, couldn't figure out the standing board though lol. We had a giant pizza delivered to the Cabana, it was impressive (and delicious)! read more

I had a great experience on the FlowRider located on the Scene Pool Deck in Planet Hollywood Las Vegas. Manager Edward made sure we were situated and checked that we were well taken care of throughout our time there. Franky, the lifeguard, was on standby and made sure I stayed safe while riding, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Absolute rip off. Do not spend any money for a cabana at the Scene Pool Deck in Planet Hollywood. All of the lower deck cabanas were filthy. We chose the least filthiest one and after being told someone would clean it, we just ended up cleaning it ourselves when no one showed up. Take note of the towel image I posted. That's how filthy it was after just one pass on the table. Ceiling fan doesn't work; TV doesn't work; safe doesn't work; and it's been almost 2 hours and we have not had any attendant come by even though I had to pay an "attendant gratuity" upfront. I am not sure if one of the two girls at check-in is suppose to be doing any of this, but one kept telling us she would bring water over but didn't because she got too busy. We're watching her right now and she doesn't look too busy especially when the two of them just stand there talking to each other. read more

I have stayed at this hotel before but it was the first time coming to the pool. On Friday I found out they close at 5pm. That's nuts, they want you in the casinos I get it but if I pay $58 resort fees then please stay open at least until 7pm! On Saturday they had a security check so I assumed they got pool party going on. However it was no Wet republic lol it wasn't even close to it, it was regular pool with the adult pool music on Spotify (no DJ) and not busy. Few party cabanas and I saw one with bottle service which was hilarious as it's like you go to a regular pool and suddenly there's a crew for bottle service lol. They serve at the pool but there's also a large bar with free water station. Plus is there's lots of activities including indoor games. That's where also bathrooms and little convenience window for drinks and foods is. Outdoor games too. The all ages pool was small and colder water. I didn't try the hot tub as I didn't even know there was one. Hard to put your stuff away pool side as everything is for sale only even chairs. The section between the two pools is non paying and luckily it wasn't busy there were available ones. I wanted to try to surfing thing however $125 is too much for me and I think most people because I hardly saw it on and people doing it all weekend. On Sunday there was no entrance check, you just walk in which was great as I brought my own beverages. Same as Saturday no DJ just Spotify. We had a good time. Weirdly enough my cover up disappeared while I was in the pool. Drinks start at $35!!!!! Luckily we knew this and prepared at the brunch in miracle mile shops where it was cheap! We did get a few and I gotta say the dole whip frozen drink was excellent!!!!! Recommended! Btw both days they did not check if you have a hotel room key. Another annoyance is the towels: one place for it only that also handles other reservations like cabanas activities etc which caused a line. And then the second day we had to wait for a clean batch to come in to get one. These are weird issues to encounter for a big strip hotel you'd expect an oiled machine working here nope PH got a lot to consider to improve in my opinion. For families this is probably fun but as a girls group for fun we won't be back here, especially the no free chairs by the pool was an issue. Even the Paris next door does that! Regardless, I did have a good time but that's thanks to the company of my group of girlfriends! Btw guest or no guest PH parking is not free! read more

I wanted to thank Krystina with all her help. She went above & beyond to make sure my family's experience was fantastic. She assisted us with our day bed rental. She wasn't sure if any day beds were available, so she took it upon herself to walk the pool to see if there were any available. She found one and was able to rent it to us. That made my family's experience a fantastic one, especially on the 4th of July. Looking forward to our return and hopefully seeing Krystina again. read more

We stayed at Planet Hollywood over looking the pool area .The pool was such a vibe ! They have dj music on the weekends . There is two pools one all ages and also an adult pool . They also have a surf area that looks pretty cool .So in the adult pool when there is no DJ, they are always playing loud music by the pool. I love it !! I love music and it feels like a party when swimming. Sooo Vegas ! They have a bar by the adult pool and also in the middle of the patio area . If you go inside the bar area there is a-lot of foosball games and the restroom are located near there also . At the bar everyone was so friendly and attentive. We didn't eat any food, but we did have a couple drinks which were fine. expensive, but good. the atmosphere around the pool was good; however the music was WAY too loud.
