Before beginning service, they took the time to honestly assess my pool equipment; they didn't try to sell me a single unnecessary product, but instead took the time to write up a clean, clear, and detailed proposal. I truly appreciate that they offer free quotes and, more importantly, they follow through on exactly what they promise. They communicate clearly, notify me in advance before a technician arrives, and put everything in writing so there is no confusion. Every week, they notify us in advance and provide a thorough report of their services, complete with before-and-after pictures. I want to give a special thank you to the technicians who have serviced my pool over the last three consecutive weeks. Each one of them has shown great knowledge, professionalism, and a true understanding of what they are doing. Their technicians are incredibly thorough, spending nearly an hour ensuring the pool is cleaned properly and treating it exactly as advertised. Most impressively, thanks to their expertise, my pool went from green to blue in less than two hours on day one! They offer reasonable and fair pricing, and they treated me and my pool with complete respect. It is rare to find a company that puts their professional ethics into action like this. I had a pump on a fountain replaced and they also replaced the pump seal kit. The photo they sent…read moreright after the repair showed water under the unit. Makes sense, being they were working on it. Four months later, when we happened to be in the area it is hidden, we noticed water under the motor. Now instead of repairing the bad gasket, they want to charge a "diagnostic fee". This should have been under the 1 year warranty of the pump motor repair. Don't use this company. Anyone who charges a non refundable diagostic fee is a bit sketchy. Not honoring the leak on the area they repaired after four months is dishonest. I wouldn't use this company. To respond to the owner's response. Their photo never showed that there wasn't a leak after the repair. As they admit, they took it while the concrete was wet! They required the seals be replaced at the time the pump was replaced. Being the pump is in a screened location, it would be difficult to notice if there was water leaking from the replaced seal. One year would of been a reasonable warranty on this work. If the seals fail, the pump will as well. It is their right not to warranty this, but customers should think twice before selecting this company. Lastly, it is NOT "industry standard" to charge a diagnostic fee that is forfeited if you don't use their company. Most give an estimate as a courtesy to earn your business.

Still the continued great service from some of the hardest-working and friendliest guys in the SE part of Houston. Two of my friends have been using them for many years and even one of my former neighbors used them for a long time till they moved out of Houston. The pool areas always look like paradise after these guys are through working. Here's just a sample of some of the projects they do for my friends: ~ repairs on leaks, filter grids, heater ~ annual filter cleaning ~ pressure wash and seal stone around pool ~ pool inspection and monthly maintenance ~ pool cleaning (my friends trust them & have them service the pool even while they are out-of-town) Disclosure: My two pool owner friends do not have Yelp accounts, so I am typing this on their behalf.
