Two of my friends have been using them for many years and even one of my former neighbors used them for a long time till they moved out of Houston. The pool areas always look like paradise after these guys are through working. On Monday 5/6/24, I sent messages to see if Nick can come by and take a look or at least recommend a sealant. He responded that same day for pictures which I sent. After that I didn't hear from him. I even called him Thursday of last week and no answer. I waited a week before posting to be fair. Just incase there was an emergency that came up and the reason why I did not get a response. It is unprofessional to not receive a response when a customer is trying to get a hold of a business. I could have at least gotten that.
