Later this afternoon, he called to ask if he could come by and, within an hour, he'd not only fixed our issue but he explained the mechanics of it and did some very inexpensive pre-emptive work to avoid future issues with a couple small gaskets. Thinking it was past time to change the sand in our filter, my wife had also asked him to come prepared to do that, as well. However, after checking our flow rate he told us he feels good that our sand doesn't yet need to be replaced - saving us $300, likely for another year or two. In short, John was friendly, helpful, prompt, dependable, very reasonably priced and honest. He took a stressful situation for us and turned it into an enjoyable service experience, and we have now found our permanent pool professional.

He did not do anything no chlorine no tablets no brushing no vacuuming then he told me I can cancel the service if I want to. About an hour later, a person by the name of Chelsea, who claims to be over operations called me acting like a complete lunatic and ended the phone call with "that is why your is green" She also told me in the middle of the phone conversation that I can clean the pool myself. I am not sure that anyone wants to listen to someone act like they are unhinged in reference to customer service, but they are lacking severely in all departments.

That is when I told him we would find someone else to fix the situation. So they immediately invoiced me for 5 service calls and a chemical clean. I was asked if I was going to pay and I said I would have to run it by the board at our next meeting. At which point everything went south when some lady calls me yelling at me and telling me how horrible I am and how she hates HOAs and would not even let me speak. I never said I would not pay the bill. what I expected was a small business to try to make thing right and at least listen to their customers. I finally had to hang up on this person because she was so irrational and demeaning. I highly recommend you stay clear of this business,

And, he does a complete and through cleaning (including blowing leaves and debris off the pool deck). Also, the price for the service is reasonable and in line with other companies I have checked out.
