We got a pool alarm in April because we have a two year old grandchild at our house. The alarm…read morefloats in the pool and alerts the house if there is motion in the pool. Scott's technician acknowledged the instruction to simply remove the pool alarm from the pool for the duration of the cleaning. However, he never did. This resulted in multiple family members getting the panic alarm of the pool having a child in it, every week. And he came at random days. Repeatedly, I asked him to take the alarm out of the pool, yet he would only do so after the alarm sounded, waking up the baby every single time. On the last activation, he said that "his instructions were wrong" and that he merely needed to remove the alarm for seven seconds which would put the system in "Swim" mode. That means the alarm is delayed for seven minutes, and then continued to sound. Cannot listen, was a complete ass when we said Hello to him (tech) at the house, and we are done, give up. We have found another service. Happy to provide video of this moron continuing to set off the alarm and the screenshot of his having acknowledged all he had to do was remove the alarm from the pool. PS The second-to-last time, when he set off the alarm, he THEN took it out of the pool and just LEFT IT THERE. This means there was zero protection for the two days until I discovered it outside the pool. This is pure negligence.
