They were responsive to my questions throughout the process, and the installer was efficient, professional, and had the new pump installed quickly. Overall, I'm very happy with the work and the experience. Would I hire them again? I hope I don't need to anytime soon...but if I do, I would definitely call them again.

After talking through the situation, I decided to have him come out to assess the issue in person. Evin quickly identified that the water loss might be coming from small, hard-to-see cracks in the spa tile. He suggested shutting off the spillway to let the wall dry completely. After monitoring the water levels for a week, his diagnosis was spot on. The leak stopped entirely. He also noticed our pool vacuum was hooked up through the skimmer and explained why that setup wasn't ideal. He pointed out an alternative outlet and even caught a rubber stopper that could've caused serious plumbing damage. He removed it on the spot, not an easy task, but he got it done. Once we confirmed the leak source, we moved forward with replacing the spa tile. Evin mailed us tile samples to choose from and also facilitated an appointment at the warehouse so we could see more options. During the work, Evin found damage behind the tiles, so we decided to repair the top four inches, remove the brick trim, and finish the top in matching tile. It looks fantastic, we love how the spillway looks now when it's running. Evin also upgraded our system overall: he installed a chlorinator (goodbye floating dispenser!), put the pumps on a smart schedule so the pool circulates evenly, automated our line fill, and updated our existing automation system to tie everything together. He took the time to walk me through how it all works, and everything runs beautifully now. We couldn't be happier with the results and the experience. Evin is knowledgeable, honest, and goes above and beyond. We highly recommend Good Living Pools not only for repairs and upgrades, but also if you're buying a home with a pool, reaching out and having Evin inspect it will give you peace of mind.

Discussed potential future fixes for current minor concerns and for now, found a plastic piece in the pipes that could be what's been causing our ongoing issue. Also, just over time, these pipes got greasy from grease that can get down the sink from even just cleaning dirty plates. Our 1st and quickest option was a jet flow process. We did this and it did clean out the pipes and got that plastic piece out. We are continuing to monitor our situation and discussing future needs for the pipes anyways but per usual, Always Ready Plumbing and Drain was amazing. They arrived quickly, always super friendly, professional and efficient, and the pricing was still fair for what was needed this time as well. I continue to not be able to rave enough about them! I ended up selecting a Duralum cover that his company also offers, and I'm glad I did. It's just the look I was going for. I was also impressed with Adam's business model, which is built on quality and efficiency at a very reasonable price without cutting corners or sacrificing customer service. Now for the best part: A guy named Brody, his lead installer. In addition to being a super nice guy, his work is meticulous. The back of my home isn't linear, so there are bump-outs and protrusions, making the installation more difficult and time consuming. This wasn't the slightest challenge for Brody and his team. The finished product is snuggled tightly against my stucco and professionally sealed on the roof to prevent any water dripping through when it rains. I watched him work, measuring and cutting the aluminum to match my home so the fit and finish is far greater than I imagined. As you can tell from the photos, I still have work to do (concrete coating, fence repairs, etc.) to match the beauty of my new cover.

I called Juan for an estimate to get my pool re-plastered after a friend of mine referred him to me. I had already received an estimate from two other contractor but after speaking to Juan I could tell he has allot of experience and knowledge in his field. Juan didn't try to up-sell me but gave me the information I needed to make the right choices. The work took a few days to complete and I received daily progress reports with pictures from Juan since I was working while the pool was being re-plastered. After several years Juan is back with them! After he left the new person was just a regular pool guy again I went bouncing for a good pool service. Accidentally a co-worker told me of her pool guy and that he was awesome and what not so I was sure why not here we go. Ends up it was the same guy I had worked with several years ago and then I knew my pool was in good hands again. I work all day and i do t have time to tend the pool in summer my kids love being in the water and honestly when t s company took care of it it was perfect. '…read more He walked in straight inside of house without ring the bell, then went to pool pump area from gate to already touching pool filter . Me, my sister asked him "WHO ARE YOU?" He said he will bring Pool cleaner, but he didn't. I will pay him if he returns stolen item.
