One eye ended up being worse than the other, which just made me look so lopsided and weird. Worse than that, I just felt like I looked like an idiot. I should also mention that I had 2 bruises near my eyes where I got the injections. This has never happened to me before with Dysport, etc. So, at my 2-week follow-up appointment, I expressed how unhappy I was. She told me it's a 'give and take,' like you have to give up one thing for another. She injected me with some more, but honestly, nothing changed. I still have these droopy, hooded eyes, and it's been a month. And I paid $450 for this. I'm definitely going back to the good people at Metamorphosis in DG. Do yourselves a favor and do not go here.

I want to warn others not to waste their time and money here if they are looking for a laser tattoo/microblading removal. I had three sessions done to remove part of my microblading with a laser. The first session went well, but it left orange pigmentation, which is normal. During the second and third session my eyebrows got burnt and the skin on and around them was damaged to the point that it was bleeding. A day after, the tissue got hardened and was very sore for over two weeks. Before the third session I was very nervous and I felt that Katie was being short with me, stating "if you don't want, I don't have to do it". Since I was there, I trusted her and wanted the orange pigment to be removed, I told her to proceed. The orange pigment didn't fade after those two last sessions. It stayed the same. At first Katie, when I initially talked to her, seemed very knowledgeable and confident that the part of the treated microblading will be gone after 2-3 sessions. It seemed to me that after the second and third sessions she had no idea what she was doing. So, I went to a place where they only specialize in removing tattoos. I had a session done with them last week. My eyebrows didn't burn and my skin didn't get damaged and I can notice that the orange pigment got lighter already. When I told them about my experience with Advanced Heath, they were shocked and said the burning and damaged skin absolutely shouldn't happen. I sent couple emails last week to Advanced Health of Oakbrook with a request of a refund for the three laser tattoo removal sessions but I haven't got reply from them.

My spider veins were noticeable on the back of my legs, even with a tan, and at only my mid-30s I felt like my legs looked old. I workout and eat healthy and wanted to show off my hard earned body and yet wearing shorts, skirts or swimsuits left me a little self-conscious. I thought he was going to focus on just the few major problem areas I had behind my thighs, but he did my entire leg (including little veins around my ankles) and I was so happy. I will say, the treatment was uncomfortable, but totally manageable. As in I would utter some curse words and we'd have a good laugh, but then it was all over and there was no lingering pain at all. Some results were immediate and other veins took a few weeks or a few months to fade away...just like Dr. Alkadri told me they would. I don't write negative reviews lightly, nor do I write a lot of negative reviews which is why I felt it was important to share my experience. I sure won't be coming here again. First off the vibe was just really off , however I chose this practice because they were advertising a neurotoxin special, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing from beginning to end. I went to see Chennel on June 24th 2026. from the initial consultation, the pricing wasn't as straightforward as it appeared online. Once I arrived, the cost kept increasing based on additional explanations and calculations that were different from what I expected from the advertised pricing, as well as Chennel ''encouraging'c me to purchase xeomin instead of Dysport. The biggest issue, however, was my follow-up appointment. I originally had a Wednesday afternoon follow-up scheduled 2 weeks later, but I had to reschedule it due to work so I had to make appointments later in the day. We rescheduled my followup for Friday at 4:30 PM , now mind you, because I have OCD I am extremely meticulous on dates and times I HAVE to be especially with work, and I always repeat myself over and over when making appointment dates and times ,several times before ending a phone call to make sure everything is correct. I specifically confirmed "Friday at 4:30," multiple times. Currently as I write this review their office says Friday 9 a.m to 5 p.m., however she said they don't work later on Fridays. When I arrived that Friday, the office was locked, no one answered the phone, and no one was there. After calling the following day, I called and spoke with Deeana who was very nice, and we confirmed for me to come in at 12:40 PM on Saturday since Chennel didn't show up on Friday. What happened during that visit was the most upsetting part of the experience. Instead of acknowledging that a scheduling mistake may have occurred, I was repeatedly told by Chennel that she would "never" schedule a Friday evening appointment because the office is closed and she doesn't work nights. This wasn't said once--it was repeated over and over while shaking her head, despite my explaining that I had confirmed the appointment multiple times during the scheduling call. Being repeatedly told, in essence, that my recollection couldn't be correct was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. Rather than feeling heard, I felt dismissed and that an owner had to argue with me at her own practice, when I say literally argue shaking her head angry it was extremely uncomfortable. By the end of the conversation I was visibly distressed, and instead of working toward a resolution, the discussion continued to focus on why the appointment supposedly could not have been made. I was very unhappy with my results. During my initial appointment, I was told to come back in two weeks and that if there was still any movement, she would make adjustments. That was presented to me as the purpose of the follow-up. Based on my prior experiences receiving neurotoxin treatments elsewhere, that's also been the purpose of two-week follow-up appointments. However, when I returned, I was told that any additional units would be an extra charge. That was never explained during my initial appointment, so I was surprised to learn there would be an additional cost The treatment did not provide the improvement I had hoped for, which added to my disappointment. It's pretty obvious her and I won't want each other to be returning, I will stick to the plastic surgeons office I trust while doing accurate follow ups. Also the office can respond below and say I made this up about the date and time, but don't buy it, let her argue and make up what she wants. You will be happy elsewhere
