You judge on this situation. I was there for one hour and had two beers and then was charged for two separate tabs equating to over $120. When I reached out to the owner this is how he responded. He told me he reviewed video of me signing both tabs I told him that's impossible and then two days later the bartender said she reviewed the video and said the machine charged my card instead on accident. Weird part is my friend said it happened to him also that night but he doesn't want to deal with it so he will just bite the bullet. read more

The owner Tony needs to get off his rocker. I used to love coming here, but last night he started causing issues over everything. Wouldn't keep his eyes off of me and waiting to find anything to tell me I did wrong, it was quite entertaining. He made everybody uncomfortable. Told the bartender to cut me off even though I ordered 2 drinks and didn't even finish them, didn't try to order anything else. He told the bartender to stop talking to me. He is a racist, and he just lost 3 of his best customers. Disgusting behavior. read more

Great dive bar! Not from around here and was a little hesitant to come in but once we sat down the staff were friendly and made some awesome drinks! Drinks are well priced and taste great! It's dark inside which takes some adjusting of the eyes ... once you get adjusted and start to enjoy the music it's a grand old time! Bartender was socializing while getting the job done ... awesome! Country music for the most part but it was enjoyable. Really wanted to know what the happy hour menu was but decided to stick to what I like and am in the process of enjoying my third drink. I dislike going to dimly wet establishments with sticky tables and wet chairs. The Posse Bar was dim but actually pretty clean. Besides the female restroom, don't go. Unless you reeeeeally need to. It's dirty. The bartenders were super nice and patient with us and the drunken crowd. I came by with a group around 1AM and felt perfectly safe INSIDE. Consider this review a public service announcement. We love The Posse! It's our home town dive bar and always run into folks that we've known for years. But on this one occasion I had to demand an itemized receipt ( after it was emphasized that it "can't be produced after the final, total bill has been delivered") To no great surprise an itemized receipt was presented along with more cocktails then we had ordered. To further the matter of a loaded bill the bartender proceeds to argue with me about the extra charges. Super shady! read more

Can't believe I've never been here with the bar being down the st from my place. Found it on Yelp and had good reviews so decided to check it out. Place looks pretty chill with a decent size bar, enough sitting, and a pool table. Mixed crowd and really nice bar tenders with good pours on the drinks. Awesome Bar in Westminster! The atmosphere has a country vibe with cop patches all over the place. This joint is small but they have a pool table and a karaoke stage. The staff was excellent and very attentive. I came in yesterday with a group of 4 to see a friend do karaoke. The bar has a very friendly atmosphere. Everybody knows everybody. They even offered us free fireball shots! I ordered 2 micheladas. It was served in a nice cold glass with a salt and chili powder rim. Very delicious! Karaoke began at 9, so we ordered our drinks and waited for the stage to open. After a couple drinks, I was confident and had the balls to go up stage. I sang 2 songs, "What I got" by Sublime and "Your Love" by the outfield. Such an awesome experience! Everybody in the bar is super friendly, and they sang along. Overall, I had a blast at this bar. Karaoke begins at 9pm! I highly recommend everybody comes to visit the bar and try karaoke. read more

Stopped in a few nights age waiting for GF to get home. Found a really nice safe place for brewskis and to respect First Responders. There are patches and photos all over the place about the men and women who rush toward trouble to help others when they need it. Totally cool! Check this place out if you have some time, it's worth it. Parking is ample, prices are very reasonable, nice and clean place. Posse needs to be on your list of bars to see when in the OC. You can sit for hours looking at all the patches from law and fire. There were even ones from Germany and Schaumburg Il. That was the real Gem. Live bands and karaoke, pool tables and TVs to watch sports. Drink prices are great. Posse is my preferred place to relax with friends. We decided to give this place a try seeing it was voted as 1 of the best bars in OC. The pros : 1) The staff are very friendly and fast. Def 1 of the best service we've had in a lontime. 2) happy hour beer is really cheap. a bottle of bud only cost 2.50. The con : 1) it was so hot in there. I'm not sure if the a/c was down or they just don't have one. it was a very hot weekend and sitting in a bar w/o a/c is really not worth it. 2) liquor is the most expensive i'v ever had. and it's just a bar. neighbourhood bar. it costs 8.50 for 1 SoCo 7Up. Unfortunately we would have to continue looking for another neighbourhood bar. read more
