Does the establishment really expect a family of four to come destroy samples and not buy? Will take our business elsewhere. Obvious the establishment cares more about a penny cost of a spoon than servicing customers....

Johnny has been our instructor on more than one occasion and he's always so thoughtful with his instructions and so patient with everyone, It's always easy to reserve a wheel via text or phone call, which is recommended on busy weekends and evenings, but you can also drop in. There are several wheels in the studio and tables for adding the finishing touches like handles or other accents. You'll photograph your piece to locate it after it's been fired then return about a month later to glaze your piece. Make sure to paint three layers or the color will be super faint. A month after that you'll return to pick up your masterpiece and become hooked like me.

It was clear our pieces touched when I mentioned to the person at the front when dropping them off that both were still wet and where (I made sure to carry them very carefully to the front). I'd love to come back, but not sure if that will be the case if this is how the pieces that we worked so hard on are treated.

The Studio features simple, yet aesthetically pleasing pieces to choose from with a wonderful array of paints to choose from. THERE IS A DESIGN CENTER! This means you can choose from stencils of all sizes and patterns, stamp type devices to imprint designs, and best of all....a computer to search images that the studio will then image and re-size for you on the spot to have a custom stencil for your creation! I've tried painting my own wine glass, blah blah...hideous, but really I was in it for the experience. This studio raised the bar so much for me! I can make my own pieces that I will use on a daily basis that I just love... Headed back in a few weeks, I'm hooked! Who knew that this artless girl could be so...artsy? We paid $75 for a two hour block where we were able to spin our clay with instructions, decorate and paint. They also have open studio for $25 and you can come in and spin your clay and decorate on your own without instruction. You can pick up your creation in about 3 weeks. Came here cute my nephew's birthday. They rented the facility to hold a workshop to decorate a…read morewooden box. They put monogrammed letters on the box, sanded, primed and painted. The staff were attentive and friendly, walking around to each table to check on each person and guide them along the process. The work areas were large and it was nice sound with others to guide and help each other also. There really wasn't an overall explanation on how to do the monogram on the box so we struggled with this until a staff member came by and guided us on the process but by then all but 1 monogram was on a box. Wish there would have been just a bit more overall instructions on this is how we put on and take off the monogram. Overall the experience was lovely and I think everyone really enjoyed it. Great place to have a party or come take part in a workshop.

They had ewctangular tables lined up through the shop that accommodated like 8 people a piece. They walked everyone through the process at the same time and took the time to check on everyone during the process. They allowed us to bring in food and drinks for the party so their was a mixture of home made and store bought stuff. As far as I could tell, the kids all enjoyed it and so did the parents who also participated. It was definitely a neat experience and something thatwould be fun for younger families and maybe even a corporate outing or something similar.
