The maintenance staff is exceptional,they are prompt, courteous, and always willing to help. My family and I have truly enjoyed living here. It has been a wonderful place to raise our children, and we have always felt safe and comfortable in our home. Even as our children eventually move on and my husband and I consider downsizing in the future, Liberty Station will always hold a special place for us. While everyone's experience may differ, I can only speak from my own, and it has been very positive. Unfortunately, online reviews can sometimes become a place where people go to vent frustrations or focus solely on negative experiences. In some cases, those frustrations may not even be related to management or the community itself. People go through difficult situations in life, and sometimes those personal challenges can influence how they view or describe their experiences. What I can say is that the management and maintenance teams have always treated my family and me with professionalism, respect, and care. The community is well-maintained, the amenities are great, and the staff works hard every day to make this a pleasant place to live. A big thank you to the entire management and maintenance team for all they do. Their dedication does not go unnoticed, and it is one of the many reasons my family and I have chosen to call Liberty Station home for so many years. I would highly recommend Liberty Station to friends, family, and anyone looking for a safe, welcoming community to call home.

I've met a few residents in the past week and everyone was warm and friendly. I blew out a fuse in my apartment this Saturday morning (totally my fault), so I left a message with maintenance and, I kid you not, was called back within 5 minutes by Bobby with help. There were just a few issues that I encountered there. Parking could be an issue if there was a function in the main building. You'd be able to get a space , during these functions , but not likely to be near your apartment. Fortunately, this didn't happen very often. The other issue was the air conditioning in my apartment was not optimal. It never really worked properly, despite attempts to fix it. They finally gave me a portable unit for my bedroom. Overall, it was the first time I had ever rented an apartment and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The grounds are beautiful and the area was quiet and peaceful.

WHY, WHY, WHY No flowers have been planted now in the spring. WHY, WHY, WHY The back of buildings are dirty, full of trash and cigarette buds, especially outside # 68 Plymouth Drive. Disgusting and disheartening after all the money we pay to come home to dirty entrances, especially at the back of buildings. There are no benches for sitting like at the front of buildings at Norwood Gardens There are no places for smokers to throw away their cigarettes at the back of buildings at Norwood Gardens. However, as soon as you continue on to the phase two condominiums there is a marked decline in upkeep, especially noticeable with the poor condition of the road way. There appears to be 2 separate complexes with the demarcation line drawn in asphalt! That is how startling the difference in quality is. I would not consider purchasing a condo in phase 2 unless there was a decrease in the amount of the HOA fees that reflects the difference in the quality between the two.
