My rent during that time only went up a total of $100. The buildings and grounds were well maintained. Snow removal was quick and painless. There are a ton of trees there, and it cuts down on the 'apartment complex' feel of the place. Loads of parking. The owners (Poorvu Construction) were easy to deal with. They were good about posting notices keeping us up to date with goings-on, and giving enough notice when they (rarely) needed to enter the apartment. I don't think a day went by that I didn't see their staff in and around the complex. The apartment itself was huge. Really nice recessed balcony with room for a table and chairs. I loved having my coffee out there! Lots of closets and cabinets (the bedroom closet had shelves and dividers eliminating my need for a bureau) with an additional 5'x5'x5' storage space in the basement. Appliances were all new when I moved in, as was the carpet. The heating system and wall-mounted AC worked well. Too glowing a review? Okay, here's a complaint; they don't allow cats.
