Especially since they opened the doors to pets. Individual unit repairs are usually done quickly. But public areas like the garage doors, heat in the garage (which was operating for many years when we first arrived. Seems to be a problem in the last at least 3 years), outside entrance doors have been broken for weeks and months at a time. Also the garage entrance near the trash area has a disgusting odor on some days especially in the summer. Great amenities: community room, gym, game room and computer office area. Although now it is not as accessible as previously because it is locked at 5. It used to be accessible 24-7 but I think that was spoiled by some adults letting kids play on the computers. Also the community room used to be assessable 24-7 but no longer. There's a nice bbq area which was added last year. I have been in this unit for about 3 years now. It is starting to show wear and tear. The front desk personnel are always good and they try to be helpful, especially Joelis our resident manager. They try to have events to celebrate holidays and special occasions which gives the building a sense of community if you participate. All in all I am happy to be here.

Leasing office tried to claim that nowhere does the complex claim to be luxury when indeed it does. Also they went out their way to "update" the dog park but meanwhile the kids park is run down and out of date. But they have the nerve to send passive aggressive emails urging kids to not play in front of their apartments. Also, I don't get why the trash shoot is always broken, or why there arent speed limit indicators, or crosswalks or complete sidewalks. If their main concern is safety why not provide these safety measures for the residents. Packages are miss delivered/ stolen daily and the apartment complex does nothing about it, like adding package lockers or better signage. Or cameras at every doorway. At a time I adored this place, we have been good tenants, clean, and have always abided by the rules and regulations. However, since September 2024, we've been battling a severe cockroach infestation that has taken over our apartment and disrupted every part of our lives. We first reported the infestation on September 20, 2024, and since then we've had five exterminator visits. Not only has the problem not been solved, but I've been told directly by exterminators that other units in the building are also being treated--which clearly points to a building-wide issue. This is not an isolated case. This is a sign of systemic neglect. Despite this, management has done the bare minimum: No offer of temporary housing No rent compensation No relocation to another unit No accountability for the trauma and stress caused We were left to live in filth, treated like test subjects while they experimented with "follow-up visits" to "see if treatments are working." That's not a solution--that's an insult. My partner and I are not a science experiment. We're paying tenants (approximatly $2,660 a month, not including utlities) who were promised a habitable, safe home. This infestation has wrecked our lives: I've missed work and class to accommodate the exterminator's schedule We've been forced to live out of boxes, unable to use our kitchen or bathroom freely My cat's safety has been a constant concern during treatments We've experienced social withdrawal, heightened anxiety, panic, and severe emotional stress. My relationship has suffered. Our home has not felt like a safe space in months I've spent my own money on traps, poisons, and patchwork for holes left in the kitchen that allow pests through plumbing and unfinished work And worst of all? We had to escalate the issue to the Board of Health, who formally investigated the property on March 11, 2025. Only after that did management finally switch pest control companies. But it was too little, too late. Even after months of suffering, with the infestation still ongoing, they have refused to let us out of our lease. They are prioritizing contract enforcement over basic human dignity and legal habitability standards. We are literally only asking to break our lease 3-4 months early once housing is secured, without penalty and our security deposit back. I have documented this experience thoroughly with photos and videos, and I will be posting them across Google, Yelp, Facebook, Reddit, and any platform I can find. People need to know the truth about this place. I am posting this review to warn future renters and hold The Lodge at Foxborough and UDR accountable. No one should be forced to live in these conditions and be met with indifference and excuses. No one notified me before the appointment. The issue is not that additional review was required. The issue is that the property allowed me to show up for an orientation that could not take place and failed to communicate that fact in advance. As a professional and business owner, I value clear communication and respect for people's time. Unfortunately, I experienced neither. Based on my experience, prospective residents should make sure they have written confirmation of final approval before rearranging their schedules or making plans based on information provided by the leasing office.

CRL is the answer for families with pets as well as many working professionals because of its prime location. There is a trail a few steps from here perfect for dog walking or just to relax.
