Needed some embroidery work done for my employee shirts. I don't know if it's industry specific (embroidery/silk screen), but they don't seem too "hungry" for your business. I normally don't write reviews but absolutely had to for The Press. I was in town for the weekend and I had a backpack I wanted to embroider. It was my last day of my visit and I found The Press via Yelp. I called them and asked if they were able to do a same day embroidery, keep in mind this was already noon time, and they assured me they could. I then got to them as soon as I was available. From the moment I arrived in the shop until after I left the shop, I had nothing short of amazing care and service from the employees. My only regret from this experience is that I didn't get the names of the workers there to give them proper credit in this review. From explaining what I wanted embroidered on my bag I was shown all the colors, designs, and placement for the embroidery without any sense of obligation or being rushed for their service. 11/10 would recommend this establishment and I will most definitely be returning here for whatever next project comes up my way. Forgot to add this in main review BUT when it came to the placement, the gentlemen that helped me even double if not triple checked the measurements and made sure that when they began it would be centered. That sense of detail for projects like this absolutely shows their dedication to their craft which is fair to say they have mastered. read more

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I LOVED how my lil bro's letter set came out! The small detail that is put into the jacket doesnt go un-noticed! I was a bit worried that it won't be ready in time but when they daid it'll be done within 3 weeks or less, they meant it! They got it done a bit before the 3 week mark and even though it was a last minute make, they still managed to make it and have it done ny my deadline! Also too I was a bit worried because sisters from my sorority don't go here to get the letters made but some of my friends who are in a frat at Cal Poly Pomona get some of their work done here so it made it a bit less worrisome! However, They are super acommodating! Even though it is just a crewneck and not the windbreaker, I love it! I will definately be coming back here! Not for just a crewneck but for maybe other letter sets. The only thing is they do not provide in store(at least from what I saw when I walked in) the jackets or other merch that you want to get engraved. So you might need to bring your own jackets.
