Oliver and his staff are wonderful and provided excellent service! This is my second time working/ordering from them and definitely won't be the last. The first time, I ordered custom T-shirts for staff. Oliver was very helpful and communicative during the entire process, from the planning the design to picking up my order. Last week, I brought in stoles for embroidery, and Oliver again helped me with customization. They were ready in less than a week, and turned out beautifully!

Awesome quality and quick service. I received a quote for the embroidery design I wanted on my graduation stole, then brought it in. I found " The Press" on yelp and called to see how much it would be to embroider my son's name on his backpack. They quoted $15-20 (it came out to $20). This was cheaper than another location I had called so I figured I would give them a shot. The staff were very friendly. It took about 3 business days to complete. I decided LAST MINUTE to embroider a polo shirt with my husband's company name. He was going to the Riverside Home Show and I felt he should represent properly . Like I said it was last minute, i needed it - like that day!! I took a chance and called The Press, as it's by my work. Oliver at The Press in Pomona went above and beyond!!! Not only did he accommodate my same day embroidery order, he supplied the shirt!!!! Did a wonderful job, did it with supreme customer service and charged me a reasonable price. This review is a little late, but I would 100% recommend coming here to do custom sashes! My sorority was looking for a place to get our custom gradation stoles done and previous alums has told me they made orders here before, so I decided to check it out. I went in and gathered all the information I could get. Oliver told me once I put in the order, it will take about 2 weeks. Oliver was able to help me answer all my concerns and since I was doing a bulk order for my chapter, I had to always ask questions about finance and he was always able to help me. Now here's the amazing part... I came into the store a week later to put in at least half the payment for the order and before I even mentioned about paying half, he said the order was COMPLETE! I was completely shocked! Luckily, I had the full payment ready to go, but keep in mind that I had already been communicating with him, so he knew I was going to make an order. In the end, my chapter was happy with how everything turned out. Thank you Oliver!! Tips: - Make an order early rather than last minute because he might have a lot of orders to fill. read more

I called to see about getting a work jacket embroidered. Most companies couldn't do just one item but these guys were able to complete. I was told if I could get it there that day, they would have for me on Monday. I dropped it that day, rather late in the day and to my surprise they called me the next day to pick up in under 24 hrs! The Press is amazing!! The quality of the shirts are amazing!! I ordered from them twice, the first time was perfect and exactly just how I wanted it to be. The 2nd time I ordered shirts they made a mistake, but they acknowledged the mistake and printed out a new set of shirts. Their customer service is the best and that's what makes this place a great place to get shirts. The manager Oliver is great and can work with you. First time coming here and it was a great experience. I messaged them before hand with questions and they replied back to me within 30 mins. When I got to the store, I was greeted and was quickly helped. They asked me questions to make sure that the finally product was what I wanted. Although The Press officially began operating in the summer of 2015 online and in the current retail location as of 2018, the owner have been involved in the custom apparel industry the past 10 years. I am proud to operate this business and provide our services from the City of Pomona. This location has a special place in my heart because I grew up in the community from childhood to college and have played an active role serving in volunteer roles for this fine city. Our COO also grew up in the vicinity and is a proud Cal Poly Pomona alumni. According to Winston Churchill, "We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give." This powerful statement holds true to our business model at The Press and our responsibility to do our part in making the world a better place. At The Press, we believe in using our platform to make a meaningful difference-both locally and globally. I dropped off my grad sash to get 4 areas embroidered. 3 areas were $20 and one area was $15. Total was $75+tax. I've called different embroidery shops as well as contacted some places via Yelp and they all quoted me 7-10 days or 2-3 weeks as turnaround time since we are getting into the busy grad season. Rancho Embroidery is super quick with their service: dropped off sash at 2:45pm, received text it was ready at 4:00pm and I arrived to pick it up at 4:45 pm just before they closed at 5:00pm. They do close on Tuesdays. Note that for greek letters, they only have one type of font available. The owner and his wife show you the sketch on the computer and then they will put tape on the sash to make placement of where you want the embroidery to be. I highly recommend them for rapid turnaround service!

I came to The Press Printing Shop in Pomona with high hopes after reading some decent reviews. I had two hoodies screen printed here, and while the initial result looked good, I was really disappointed when the prints started peeling off after just one wash. I reached out and I was told I'd be issued a refund. Unfortunately, it's been weeks and I still haven't received it. Despite multiple follow-ups, communication from the owner has been extremely slow and unresponsive. It's frustrating because the team at the front is courteous, but the lack of accountability from the business side has left a bad impression. I really wanted to support a local print shop, but I wouldn't recommend this place unless things change with quality control and customer service follow-through. read more
