I arrived two minutes late and felt like I was being looked down upon by the front desk girl for doing so. So my appointment started off on the wrong foot My wax was then done by Kaitlynn, and the conversation during it felt very uncomfortable. I felt judged when talking about my family (she asked questions about them) due to her tone of voice, and the wax felt very rushed. When I got home, I saw that she missed a couple spots which is obviously very frustrating. I will not be coming back. read more

I was a newbie and had never had a Brazilian wax before. Kaylynn was very sweet and made me comfortable. Explained everything and was able to put me at ease. I was a customer at the brea one with Ashlee and I had a good experience there. They closed during the spring/ summer of 2025. I have been going since that time to the pretty kitty in Tustin and Ashlee recommended for me to go to Kaitlynn. I have great experiences every time I am with Kaitlynn. Had my first ever Brazilian here and I love the ppl. Front desk people were so kind. And the Missus who did the job was so communicative, super joyful and I overall had a great experience. I was recommended by coworkers and they said it would be like 20 mins tops. Not only was the experience super quick but the lady attending me, Kaitlynn, was super cool. Kaitlyn and Sage are amazing! I walked in today thinking that I was getting waxed from the knees up, but I was told that the third party reservation attendant booked me for only a Brazilian wax. Kaitlyn rocked my world and took the time to give me what I wanted with a smooth touch. She is the fastest wax I've ever had! I'm no longer feeling like the wife of Chewbacca in Star Wars! I was desperately looking for a spot that could do a quick underarm wax on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone else was booked up but this spot had an available appointment so I gave it a try. It's in a cute plaza and very easy to find. It was very comfortable and clean inside. At first I thought they did sugar waxing which I normally prefer but since I was in a rush I didn't even ask or check. I really didn't mind the regular wax especially if it's just my underarms. The lady was quick, friendly and a great conversationalist. Great experience overall :) read more

Found The Pretty Kitty through yelp when the usual person I go see is out of town for the next couple of weeks. I called and made an appointment for an eyebrow wax with Sarah. When I arrived to my appointment, I met Sarah who was very nice and extremely chatty. At the end of my appointment, she gave me a mirror to see my eyebrows and I thought everything looked good. However, once I went back to the main room to pay and got a closer look at my eyebrows in the mirror, I noticed that my eyebrows still looked messy. They had not been trimmed and not shaped at all. I immediately said something to the receptionist and she called Sarah who took me back to the room. Once I explained my concerns, she told me that they did not specialize in eyebrows, but she "knew how to shape eyebrows". I Immediately felt uncomfortable because I'm super picky about my eyebrows. She did trim a bit at the edge, but my eyebrows still look somewhat bushy. Not feeling comfortable anymore, I decided to just leave. I was a bit annoyed because when I called and made the appointment, I told the receptionist that I was a bit picky about who I let wax my eyebrows, due to a very bad incident I had a couple of years back. The receptionist assured me that Sarah was a professional and an eyebrow wax specialist, which I guess was a lie. I do not recommend The Pretty Kitty for eyebrow wax. As I do not get Brazilians, I cannot speak of it. Lesson learned on my end to just stick with who I trust. read more

Getting a first time Brazilian done here and booked with Sage after reading other reviews on here. She was amazing! Sage was super sweet and talkative to distract you from the pain and she even walked through all the steps and explained a lot to me. Super quick 10 stars!! Y'all I hate this process okay we all know this it literally is so annoying and painful BUT I do love it and I'm so glad I loved this location! I went to the Brea one once upon a time and I was obsessed with the person who did my services but Brea is a little far for me also so I was like giiirrrrrrl let me find something closer and this one is down the street from me! This location is a 10/10. Making an appointment is so easy and I love that I'm sent confirmations since life gets so busy sometimes! Joanna the front desk receptionist is so prompt about getting back to me and made me feel so comfortable. Ashlee was who did my Brazilian and I have never had such a great experience as this one before. I've had bad experiences(not gentle, not comforting, and took WAY too much time) at multiple different salons which made me so hesitant. I was shocked at how fast Ashlee was and how she was so willing to calm my nerves. I look forward to coming back every 5 weeks! read more

So disappointed and dissatisfied. I went in for a Brazilian for my 5th time at this Salon and second time with the esthetician. Everything seemed ok at first, the wax was a little to hot than before and as she would strip it actually started to hurt. She was pulling the strips too hard and it felt like my skin was tearing. When she was done I started to wipe because it felt like a lot of wax was left behind and there was, a big gloop with a patch of hair. I wanted to let them know but I left confused. It was throbbing at the end and though this might have been the worst wax I have ever had. Here I am 2 weeks later and have a little tear and lots of ingrown hairs and it's bothersome. I had never experienced this before and a little disgusted on how it was treated that day. read more

Superb services. Sarah was very personable, easy to talk to, and is excellent! Seriously, after having Brazilians since 2010... it's been a love hate relationship with "Brazilian" waxing, a must do, but each time fearing the RIPPING! However, todays treatment... I literally had to look to make sure she got it all. It DID NOT HURT!! I'm not exaggerating. Didn't need to brace myself. No pain. Not even on the dreaded area: very top suprapubic area (& every woman knows about the top part it's the worst!) mind you it had been nearly 6-7 mos since the last Brazilian. Sarah worked quickly, but did not rush you. She was able to entertain my curiosity and carry conversation effortlessly while completing the task at hand. The venue itself is quite lovely. Pretty, fresh, clean. Located in Tustin next to a few fun spots: lost bean coffee, CBD store, brewery, Italian restaurant and more. Stop by Ask got SARAH. You will not regret it. Called when they opened and they fit me in that day. Sage was great, professional and personable. Will be back. I didn't realize it would be an extra $15 for inner thigh with the Brazilian until I was in the appointment so that was a disappointment but overall a very clean environment. I don't want to leave a bad rating because I'm hoping the issue can be resolved instead. I came in to get a face wax yesterday. The girl was super nice and im not sure if she was new or not, but when I got home I noticed I still had a lot of facial hair. My eyebrows weren't even touched. I'm hoping someone will reach out so I can get the service redone. I've liked this place a lot in the past and I don't want to give it a bad rating from one bad experience. read more

Convenient location in Tustin, excellent availability; I never have to wait long to get in. I had a full leg and underarm wax, and the technician was lovely and solicitous. Bad front desk service. I had an appointment today and was going to be 6 minutes late do to traffic and being new to the area. I called the front desk letting them know and they said they would have to reschedule me later in the day. I drove 30 minutes to get there then had to drive back another 30 minutes because of no appointment. Many waxing places allow at least one warning or give you a 10 minute grace period. This place was very unprofessional. The only reason why I'm not giving it one star is because Sage, the esthetician there is really great and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable while getting waxed. read more

When I first came I was starting to see texture and kinda rough patches on my face/cheeks. I started seeing Satik to help manage those flare ups. Her treatments helped my skin so much. After seeing her my skin has been cleaner, softer, and breaking out less. I have included photos from before and after. Continually coming to see her has helped maintain my skin healthy and glowy. She uses a European extraction technique that is not very common because it can be difficult to do, however I only trust Satik. She's been doing this for so long and knows what she is doing. What's worked for me and my boyfriend with our acne is not only the facials but also the products we use on our skin. Diet helped me initially with calming my acne but everyone is different. My boyfriend has never changed his diet he just has been coming here for treatments and it's reversed the texture he's had on his cheeks and helped minimize fine lines.

She proceeds to make me feel uncomfortable, then cuts me off with a hmm ok no worries before she abruptly hangs up the phone on me. @EWC just a tip. If your business strategy to bringing in more people is calling them, then being rude to them when they give you a response you don't like you're going to end up losing more customers than retaining. Thank you for reminding me why I stopped waxing with EWC in the first place. Additionally, the underarm wax I did those 6 weeks prior was patchy and the specialist was 20 minutes late. Funny how EWC has such a strict late policy, but can't equally respect other people's time.

She is kind and approachable without judgment. I'm not as nervous and usually comfortable whenever I visit. I usually get a few services and it's always less than an hour. I've been going here (not consistently) but I keep coming back because of the great experiences that I've had. This place is clean and nice. Parking is not the best during lunch hours. But in the early mornings, you'll definitely have a spot especially since two spots are reserved for Bare Waxing and Laser.
