Not worth the money. My nails came out uneven and different lengths, and the artist struggled to do the design I requested. After a few failed attempts, I told him to just do a plain color. The menu listed the price at $55, but I was charged $65 for a basic color with no design -- not sure why. He also left black residue on my nails from trying the design earlier. BUYER BEWARE!!!! This by far has to be the worst nail salon I've ever been to. We had appointments for 1130. 1200 is the time they started on my pedicure. My daughter and granddaughter were almost finished. Daughter had the deluxe she was done in 25 minutes. I opted for the regular after being delayed 30 minutes. My pedicure time 20 minutes. I have polish on the end of my toes. My granddaughter got the kids mani/pedi. This picture is right after we left. The person next to me left. Did they clean her bowl? Nope! Took out the plastic bag, dried out the bowl and replaced the plastic bag and air blower. Didn't even clean that!!!! Disgusting. That's how people get fungus and God knows what else. Board of Cosmetology needs to inspect this business. I wouldn't take my worst enemy here. read more

Probably the worst and most expensive nails/ french tips I've ever gotten. $136 and $10 tip for $47 pedicure + gel & French tip and a acrylic full set with coffin shape (even though they look square) and French tip. I was able to get my pedicure and manicure done at the same time which was nice because I was leaving out of town a few hours later, but totally wasn't worth my money. The guy that did my pedicure was very friendly just didn't do that great of a job. The girl who did my manicure seemed like she hated her job the whole time and they are by far the worst nails I've ever had. They're not smooth. There's a hair in one of them. Shape is not great. Changing my review from 5 to 2 stars. The stars alone are for Henry--he was the nicest and best nail tech! Unfortunately when I went in for a fill on Friday, he wasn't working. I had another man do my fill and my fingers are BUTCHERED. my ring finger has such a deep cut near the acrylic that it has not stopped throbbing in the three days since I got them done. I won't be back because all my fingers are just painful to the touch. Very disappointing. read more

When we got there, we sat down in a timely manner--things went downhill from there. It was me and one of my girlfriends, and she had the same experience with both of our technicians. To recap: A male technician drilled our nails. For me, he drilled ENTIRELY too low (actually made the first round, cranked-up his machine, and then went back for a second); on the second round, he drilled down just above ny nail bed. I jerked my hand to see a small reddish dot form just below the surface of my nail bed... I can only assume this was blood (see pics). He then started to glue the acrylic tips, only when he would mess-up, he would PULL-OFF the plastic nail and reset it... what? He did this to both of our sets. Unfortunately, even after he reset them, they STILL weren't straight (see pics). Unfortunately, I waited for over an hour (yup, an hour) with my plastic jank tips while my girl was able to have hers completely finished. Then, when it was finally my turn for the fill portion, a female technician came over and actually said, "These are crooked"... y'all, she said "THESE ARE CROOKED." She then proceed to take off 4 of the 10 tips, lol! In order to do so, she cut off what she could and then drilled (yup, again with the drill) the remaining glue off so that she could replace the jank ones. I didn't realize that nails could be short and tall all at the same time, but well, I guess there's a first for everything (see pics). The THICKNESS of these nails... Simply laughable. Don't worry, guys: I was still charged the full, because nothing was mentioned of financially rectifying the situation. Definitely would NOT recommend these folks. Literally the worst pedicure I have ever had. Horrible salon. Horrible service. Horrible everything. DO NOT GO HERE. Ever. Please. They don't even greet you with a smile or Hi. Front desk person who is younger acts like she wants to die, literally. So unprofessional and no one cares. They are unsanitary and don't wear gloves. They go between each customer because they don't have enough workers without washing their hands and touch hands and feet of different customers back and forth. I got my toes cut and feet scrubbed in a matter of 10 minutes, and then waited another 20 before getting my toes painted. It is VERY pricey, and they do a horrible job at everything. Do not know how they get any customers. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. read more

Almost can't believe this story myself. My girlfriend left her Apple Watch after a manicure. She didn't realize it until hours later. She called and they said it wasn't there. She went down there and they said she put it back on before she left. She gets home and the watch still pings to inside the shop and they were closed. Then the phone stopped updating. That morning she sent it a lost feature message and it pinged again from right out front of the store. I went down there and there were two employees in the store. They said they didn't know where it was and the phone stopped pinging so they probably turned it off again. They said she probably dropped it in the parking lot. After looking a little I thought about calling the police because I knew it was there and if I left they could move it. The male employee then walked out to the parking lot behind a curb/bush and reached down like he was picking something up, then wakes back in the store. I'm not sure if he knew I was watching him from the rear view mirror of my car, but I was. Then magically the watch turned back on from right were he was. Also not the spot where my gf parked the day before. Basically the male employee is a thief and I caught him. The owner was zero help at all. They lied back and forth about the video camera working in the store. Changed their story 3 times. There is no way that Apple Watch changed places and turned on and off without someone in that store doing it. I caught his ass red handed. AVOID THIS PLACE! read more

Wish I read some of the reviews before coming here but it was sadly my only option. I went here for a simple eyebrow waxing. By no means am I picky or have high standards as I just wanted them cleaned up for the holidays. I was taken into the back of the store in a dirty room which is apparently where they do their waxing. I had to lay down on this dirty, old, make-shift bed, for the waxing. The towels covering the bed were dirty, smelled, and had hair all over. The lady doing the wax made several rude comments about me getting my eyebrows done as a man. I get it, not typical but as a customer I should never be in that situation or feel uncomfortable. When shown my eyebrows, I saw and one inch wide and half inch tall cut above my eyebrow. Upon looking further into it, my skin was literally ripped off my forehead from the wax. Want to know what the lady did when I told her? Laughed at me and offered no apology. I have never, in my life, EVER had such a horrible experience. It truly is unfathomable that this place is still in business and is taking clients without being shutdown. read more

Had pedicure appointments today for my self, my daughter and 5 of her friends for her friends bachelorette weekend. They made sure that they had enough technicians to do all of us. We arrived early and they were able to get us going! Everyone loved their pedicures. Great massage, hot stones, paraffin, scrub the works! Beautifully polished and so fun! I've come here for awhile and I am sad to say this last time will be my last time. They don't listen to what you want anymore. They have a list of prices but seem to just charge you what they feel. A month ago I went in and paid $50 for my acrylic nails. She ended up doing dip telling me it's better and only $10 more and so I went with it, whatever. I just got engaged and wanted cute nails. I did love them. Come to find out a month later, I couldn't get them filled and had to pay for a whole new set. Since they used the color acrylics to build my nails vs the regular clear acrylic they would usually use I had to get a new set. If The difference between the two would've been explained a month ago I wouldn't of gotten the dip color and just gotten a regular acrylic. I didn't really understand what they were doing from the start but unfortunately I didn't speak up for myself so that's my fault. I went a couple days ago and was told I needed a new set if I wanted to change the color. So I asked, how much for a new set and he says $50.00. I asked for a regular acrylic with no dip? And he said yes $50 and I didn't really understand how that was possible since a month prior I paid $50 for the dip acrylic nails? And he said it's $50 and I said OK and I continue to get my nails done. He tried to up sale me the entire time I was getting my nails done and I told him over and over again no this is what I want. It's really annoying when you go to get what you want and try to relax but keep getting told what is better and not better. I got my nails a plain color and my ring finger a glitter color. I told him I wanted silver glitter and he did white and told me no white look better. So then I go to check out and this guy tells me $55.00. I literally was like what? You just told me $50 and he said I said $55.00. dude just lied to me, I'm like no you said $50.00. Ended up paying $55.00 and just before he ran my card he says "do you want to add a tip?" I said NO. You did the wrong color and wouldn't just fill them and made me get whole a new set. First time I've never left a tip. I was incredibly frustrated. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Princess nails are pathetic! I had my nails done (dip nails) on July 14th prior to going on vacay! I literally spent $113 in this dump for majority of my nails to chip immensely!!!!! I went there today (actually calm, with no complaints) to have them removed and have a regular manicure (no gel or dip). As I showed them my nails and politely stated "they actually started chipping a week later", there was NO APOLOGY, NO DISCOUNT, NOTHING! He had the nerve to asked me if I wanted a pedicure as well ! Went in for a dip manicure, but had to leave early as my babysitter had an emergency. I paid $45 for that service and made an appt to come back with the same person. When I arrived it was packed (for prom) and the stylist was still unavailable after I waited 20 minutes (understandable), so I made a new appt, but by this time several nails had chipped so I asked for tips to be added. I assumed I'd be charged the difference between a dip mani versus a full set with dip. My nails looked good, but I was in a hurry to leave to get to work so I quickly paid, not realizing he charged me another $65. I text him again (this time to inquire how much a full set is as I recall their board stating less than $110)...I did not get a response compared to my texts making an appt. Would have been a frequent repeat customer since I work at a different business in the same complex, but with the lack of a response or even apology, super disappointed. Today was my first visit at the salon. I almost turned around and walked out due to the little to no greeting that I received. I started to tell the employee behind the desk that I was here for my 11a w/Tam and she. literally walked away from me in mid-sentence. Then I realized after looking around there was a self check-in system which is fine but the rudeness was ridiculous, since I planned to spend my money there. I sat down with Tam, who was amazingly friendly and very sweet. I would give Tam a solid (individually) 5 stars. Jury still out if I'll return, since I'm coming from North Phoenix into Anthem. I have been going to this nail salon for about 2 years. I've never been super happy with the results. Most of the people who work there are too rough! Every time that I've been there I have had at least 3-5 fingers that were torn up. One time recently Michelle did my nails and every single finger was sore! Seriously! I went in yesterday to see Michelle (I think she may be the owner) and I had an 11AM appointment for a fill. They sat me down at her table and put the foil on my nails. At 11:30 she comes over and very roughly takes the foil off, I told her that my appointment was at 11:00 and she said "yes", I told her that I had other appointment to go to and I couldn't understand her response but it was rude. I love this place! I've lived in anthem for the past year and Know the hassle of driving into town. I found Michelle and she has been amazing! All the employees quite honestly. There has been multiple times where I come in an hour before closing and I swear, they still make sure everyone and everything is running smoothly and satisfying. Michelle is one of the top nail lady's I've been going to for the past year. It's hard to find a good nail technician and I know that when you find one that is A1 service every time, you won't go to anyone else. My daughter and her friend got their nails done and my daughter got a fill. The guy who helped my daughter sanded my daughter's cuticle until it bled! Then blamed her for moving! He then proceeded to use acetone to clean it and then painted over it. She said it hurt but didn't want to say anything because he was being so rude! Her friend got a woman and she was nice, but the guy doing my daughter's nails I do not recommend at all. She won't be going back there and if you go there ask for the female manicurists.
