My daughter and I came in for manicures. I almost never get my nails done as I've got it pretty dialed in at home but wanted the experience with her. I got a polish and I could quickly tell it was not going to last...no time lapsed between coats and the polish and topcoat were unevenly applied. I was right...it chipped in 2 days. However my daughter got a dip with a design and it turned out so well. The technician took a lot of time in making sure it was what she wanted. So maybe come in for a dip and skip the polish manicure ? read more

I got a full acrylic set done here and they all fell off within 2 weeks. Called to ask if there was anything they could do and they said no. It's different if I got a fill but a full set should NEVER fall off within 2 weeks. Really sad :( read more

Anna is amazing!! This is only my second time I got a dip manicure from her. Since my nail guy and family retired after doing my nails for about 6 years. He left his salon to another family member, who does subpar work. I've tried other salons in the past, in anthem and Tramonto areas before, and wasn't very impressed with the quality or price. It's always easy to get an appointment and when I go with a friend we always get sat next to each other rather than being split up like some places do. Got a pedicure here today as a walk in. Water was luke warm. No scrub, no massage, i get gel on my toes and she had to trim the gel on my skin off with cuticle clippers because she cured it before she wiped off the excess. and theres still gel all around my actual nail. I sat there for maybe 20 minutes. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing and long. Try evolve or anthem nails for a good pedicure. read more

They never seem to be able to keep appointment time. You make an appointment because you are busy and for them to make you wait 20 mins is unacceptable. They do good work but if people make an appointment make an effort to honor the customers time. read more

My mother in law I invited her to get our nails done. She wanted to come here as it is her regular nail salon. I had called two days prior to make an appointment for the two of us at noon. When we got here they were confused and were treated the same as if we just walked off the street?! We picked out our nail polish and were directed to sit in the chairs for a pedicure. Personally I prefer a manicure first but was never asked our preference on what we wanted done first. So a nice gentleman started my pedicure and my Mother in law just sat with her feet in the water. At the time I felt bad I wished they took her first. This was not the special day I envisioned for us. Finally a lady came over to get started on her feet. During the pedicure they asked do you want sea salt, we said yes so they scrub our legs and feet with it and put hot towels on our lower legs. My pedicure ended way after my Mother in laws, perhaps my feet were in worse shape? Than on to our manicures nothing out of the ordinary. They do however use Essie and OPI polish. Color range was ok not the best I have ever seen, just average. The price was $45. for each of us. I gave a generous tip for both of us as my Mother in law was happy, for me it was fine. I have been coming here for three years to have a pedicure and gel nails once a month. I usually get one of the same three girls each time and they are always efficient and make my nails look beautiful. I have had pedicures from four different people and there are definitely two employees that are much better. If you want to great pedicure request for the man to do it as he takes the time to massage your legs and your feet. Overall the pedicures are great for the price. I will keep coming back. read more

I can only think with the wildly swinging reviews of 5's and 1's split down the middle, that there must be some very good employees there and some awful ones and are chasing away business. I had a good experience - my mani/pedi looked fine and I didn't wait more than a few minutes. My tech didn't speak English, but I come to chill and relax, I'm not desirous of conversation. If I needed something extra, one of the others could translate my needs. They want cash tips, that's fine with me. read more

I've had over 20 gel manicures and this is the first time it lasted less than a week! $30 gel manicure for 7 days. What a rip off! When she was doing my nails (Black tips) it looked more like gray than black. Given the poor quality, I wonder if they water it down or something. So annoyed! I did my nails for an event and it didn't even last. They offered to redo my nails and denied me the partial refund request (partial because I'm not completely unreasonable). Terrible place! I'd be doing a social injustice if I did not let you know how horrible this place was. I came in around 3:00 for a manicure with no polish. A pretty simple, routine service. There were only 2 other people in the salon and I was seated immediately. The nail tech sat down and I told her the service I wanted. She began cleaning my cuticles and pinched my skin causing a light bleed. She cleaned it up with alcohol and continued. She filed my nails and completely ignored the chunks of acrylic left over from a previous set and green gel polish residue! She was just going to leave it there! I told her to please remove the left over polish and bits of acrylic attached to some of my nails. She then started to file them using a regular nail file. I couldn't stop wondering why on earth she didn't just pick up an electric file and have the job done in 2 minutes? After 10 minutes of her filing back and forth on one nail I had to tell her to stop. I paid and left her no tip which I never do, but I even felt robbed of the 12.00 service fee. I ended up going to another salon closer to my home right after and getting in-and-out in under 15 mins with a job well done. read more

I have been going there for about 6 years & it is always a great experience. Mom & Pop place where I've watched there little girl go from toddling around to now showing up after school in her uniform, they always recognize you & are welcoming (even after a few months of not going in, there's always a warm smile when I show up). The water was cool and although I tried to engage in conversation to let her know.. there was a challenge. She began trimming my cuticles before my feet had a chance to soak and soften. A waste of time and money. Went to get mani/pedi. Asked to take extra care with dried skin on the bottom of my feet. Used scrapper without asking. Then charged me extra $10 for working on my callouses. Manicure was worthless. Barely clean my cuticles, unevenly cut my nails and hardly buffed my nails. Came home and trimmed my nails and cuticles. I have been to LOTS of nail places in my time and most of them provide the overall same service experience, not bad but not good. I have lived in Anthem for 2 years now and I found Fendi Nails after trying out the other nail places in the area and not being overly excited about them I stopped into Fendi nails as my last resort before making the hike back to the nail places I normally went to in Scottsdale. I am so glad I did stop in because I love this nail salon! Every nail tech does a great job, does not rush through your service and is personable. They are friendly and often remember you and the things you talked about the last time and ask about it the next time they see you. In addition, the owner does a fantastic job with eyebrow waxing. I came to her when I was trying to fix the mess another waxer did on my eyebrows and she is the only one I have let touch my eyebrows since. Pedicures and manicures are average price...$23 for a pedicure and $12 for a manicure. Next time you are driving through Anthem, stop in! read more

My mother made an appointment for my daughter, myself and I for mani/pedis, and I heard her make the call. When we got there we learned that they only booked my daughter and I for manis. There was no apology and when my mother spoke to the lead lady there she turned her back to her, didn't respond and blamed my mother. Then they started taking the new appointments as they arrived, letting me sit there to wait. Then they told me that there was an employee coming in at 11 but she was just running late. When she finally arrived at 11:40 she was holding a tray of Starbucks and handed out drink orders, so obviously they knew she would be more than a little late and they didn't care enough to ask her to skip the Starbucks side trip. Plus the manicure I received was sub par. This is a busy shop. Maybe they feel like they can get away with that because they have a captive customer base. I'll never go there again. read more

I've tried all the nail salons in Anthem, and Fendi Nails is BY FAR my favorite. It is a friendly, usually quiet atmosphere. I generally request my favorite manicurist Maria. She knows and remembers what I like, does a great job, and doesn't talk very much so I can relax. My daughter loves her, too. ;-) read more

I didn't have a great experience. This was the first time I was able to have time to myself away from my baby boy and relax. Instead I ended up crying out the door. I didn't know I couldn't charge a tip on my card- they only except cash tips. I had never been there before. The girl that did my pedicure messaged one leg twice- she wasn't paying attention and kept talking to her co worker in a different language (I find rude but I understand it's their culture). She also kept me waiting for an hour so my toes would dry. She said said not to get up until she came back to say it was ok to leave. She didn't come back to get me until she was done with a manicure on another client. An hour is not a normal time to wait for your toes to dry. When I went to the front desk to pay, it was a different lady and she got mad I didn't bring cash in for in for a tip. She was so rude and really mean about it. She made me feel really low. She also said "next time you come back here, you need to bring cash for tip!" She was scolding me as she said this. I ran out to my car and grabbed cash for the girl who did my nails and the lady rolled her eyes at me when I apologized again and told her it was my first time here and I didn't know. Then she said, "uh huh". When I walked outside I started crying. I hope the girl who did my nails got her tip. I would give a negative star review if I could. read more

I am an er nurse who is 8 mths pregnant so a pedicure is a slice of heaven. I decided to try this nail salon as it had great reviews. My experience with Lei was a disaster! She took me back to soak my feet and cut my toenails, which is expected. However when she filed my nails it was a painful, rough experience. During the pedicure she did not once acknowledge or talk to me and I had sat down after the lady next to me and was done before her-i guess Lei was in a hurry and that is how I felt-very rushed! During the trimming around the cuticles she was rough and actually cut my left baby toe and it was bleeding. She repeatedly wiped it with a towel and then placed the tip of a bottle with a green solution directly to the bloody area-highly disturbing and unsanitary!! After completing my pedicure, the blue plastic box with the nail tools was closed up and she placed them back in her tray-i would have thought they would be separated and sanitized, not placed back in the carry tray as if they were ready for the next customer. I found her demeanor unfriendly and the whole experience highly disturbing. I would highly recommend checking out a different nail salon-terrible experience!! read more
