I even went in 2 days before appointment to find out prices that are not posted on their website and also show a pic of color and style o wanted to see if they could do that. When I got there I got right in. Girl doing my nails asked if I was doing acrylic nails. I said no I'm getting a full set of gel nails. She proceeded. After she had glued the nails on and 2 nails in I noticed it look like she was doing acrylics so o asker her if they were gel and she said yes acrylics with gel polish. I've never had gel nails before so I was confused and I fault myself for mot speaking up at that point. Then when it came to polish she said they could or do what was on my pic which they told me they could when I checked in advance. I've been here probably six times and have enjoyed that it's close to my house and generally they always have somebody available. However, the past two times I have come has been an incredibly unpleasant experience. The first time I went, I got a pedicure from the man there and it was incredibly painful and my toes were cut so short that there was literally nothing left to file. Not to mention he left scabs on my feet from over filing my skin. I decided to go in one more time and was hoping not to get the same guy. But when I went in there, there was only one other person in there, and she was already working on someone. I honestly should've just left and come back another time or gone to a different salon, but that's obviously awkward so I stayed. I also couldn't remember if it was the same guy from last time because there were two men in there the first time and they both had masks on. Halfway through the pedicure, I realized it was definitely the same guy because of his voice and sure enough I was in the exact same amount of pain and it also took almost 2 hours for a basic pedicure. Not to mention when I was checking out, I was asked my due date and if I was having a boy (I'm nine months pregnant) and told by the lady at the front that she could tell because when she had her boys she was huge... On top of that, seeing a pincher bug scurry across the floor while I was getting my toes done was just the icing on the cake. I am not going to be coming back here because I just can't risk getting the same nail tech for my pedicures and being in excruciating pain and also having jacked up looking nails. This was supposed to be my last pedicure before I gave birth so I guess I'm just going to have to deal with these for the next couple months. Super disappointing. read more

Kayla was very sweet and did fantastic. She actually cleaned my cuticles before doing my gel manicure which not all salons do or do well. She took a lot of time prep them since I took my acrylics off which I appreciated. Overall, the salon is very clean and gorgeous. We made an appointment two weeks in advance after the conclusion of our last fill, walked in today for our appointment promptly at 12:00 p.m. and the appointment was not honored. We were then told that they couldn't fit us in today and that we "missed our appointment". If a nail salon cannot honor an appointment made in-person weeks in advance they won't stay open, bottom line. read more

He also was watching a show on his phone with the volume all the way up that you could hear from down the hallway and also walked around the shop with his eyes glued to his phone. The lady didn't know how to do the chrome powder (she put it in a dry top coat), the ONE nail I had to have fixed (my ring finger) isn't the same shape as the other, it's not even the same length as my others, is so thick it looks like a bubble on my effing nail, and they charged me $20 for a shit job and polish change. First time there in late May 2023. Supposedly under new management since Sept 2022, but my friend who went with me remembers the man who did my pedicure from over a year ago and did not have a good experience with him. Seemed like a nice place. No other clients but us there the entire duration. In the end my pedicure looks great! No complaints. However, he did not massage my legs, barely touched them. He kept barking orders at me to put my feet in the water or take them out. No eye contact. No smile. Was not relaxing at all because he acted as if he hated being there and doing a pedicure. It was awkward at best. The woman who did my friend's pedicure was sweeter and tried to engage, although her English was very very basic. I gave a nice tip but the man didn't even acknowledge it or say goodbye and thank you. I won't go back as it was too awkward to me and I ended up almost feeling like I pissed him off (but had no idea how). read more

I must have gotten the same tech as Cynthia. First, the positives: I like that there is a designated receptionist and that the front waiting area is separate from the service area. Huge color selection. Very pretty decor and color scheme. 10% off if you pay cash. Now the bad parts: The atmosphere was not relaxing, at all. The man doing nails was very loud and boisterous the whole time with his clients. At some point, he was on speaker phone with his daughter, while the other young lady techs were yelling across the salon to the phone. These same young techs were also coming up and teasing the lady doing my nails, who didn't seem to speak good english, and then giggling and exchanging looks with each other. The whole place was very unprofessional once you got past the receptionist. I had a full set & a pedicure. The woman was very rough with her tools, did not once crack a smile, and seemed irked that I wanted a second color & accent design done. The work was sloppy; the glittered tips are uneven and has missing 'notches' in places (so it's not a straight line of glitter, if you're trying to visualize what I'm saying), and one nail is unevenly filed and slanted. The initial length she had them at was perfect, but she managed to file them down so much that the acrylics are barely past my natural nails. Pointless. The pedicure was rushed. She scalded me with the water because she wasn't paying attention & had walked off somewhere. Again, very rough with tools. Wasn't offered anything beyond the basic pedicure. When finished, she vanished and left me sitting, so I had to wait for another (very nice!) tech to spray them with enamel and 'release me' to go. She must have applied the polish extra thick on my toes, because 45 minutes after leaving, I put on regular shoes and managed to ruin a big toe. Pretty displeased and not worth the $58 plus tip. read more

I was skeptical to try this place since there were some iffy reviews, but I am glad I did! By luck of the draw, I got Jenny as my nail tech and she did a great job. She removed some acrylic nails I had on and she was so gentle! She soaked my fingernails and nail filed off the acrylic by hand and just repeated this process until the nails were removed. No significant damage to my natural nails. I was impressed by that because I have had acrylics removed in the past from other places and it was a painful experience that ruined my natural nails. All that being said, she also did a gel manicure for me and it turned out beautifully! I will be back. read more

I can't lie I've loved this place for a very long time and I am not the type to ever complain or go on yelp. But my full set. It was a disaster. My hands are covered in red, ugly cuts surrounding my nail beds. And on top of that, every nail is a different shape and some have holes. The whole visit the lady was literally screaming at me because I was taking more than 4 minutes to look at my nail color and was on her phone and yelling at the top of her lungs in another language. I expect that from nail salons because that's just want always happens, but the outright screaming and rudeness plus the phone was out of line. I'm not the person to ever call someone out, but $40 with no cash discount even though it is posted everywhere for these nails? And I still tipped for who knows the reason. Now my nails for prom are the worst yet and this is my last one. I'm not asking for handouts, just know that Huey is the guy to see, no one else. read more
