She is so knowledgeable and does a great job educating and answering questions. This more than made up for our horrible experience at Sur La Table several months ago. Helen takes time to ask everyone at the beginning what our questions are going into the class and what we hope to learn, and at the end of the class does a whole Q&A session. She prints of recipes, shopping guides, and includes links to her YouTube videos on the recipes, she even included a bonus recipe for us just because she thinks it's delicious. Helen is worth every penny, can't recommend her enough. It was a great date night!

We enjoyed Chef Marco's banter and dumpling instructions, but I admit I was sad to not witness their cuteness in person. Patty called over the TV at one point and held up cute signs all the way from Taiwan. I don't drink and was delighted to find a NAB in the cooler along with a variety of boozy and other options. A spread of amazing dishes awaited us and we also got to eat the dumplings we made. It was a little weird to be 2 cooks at the party, so I think going with a group would be super fun.
