After i take out my phone to pay Apple Pay, the front desk guy tells me i need my physical card . So i run to get my card in my card & they said it depends on if the security lets me back in. Then when i run to ask the security guard, he tells me the door will close on me at 10pm. It was 9:58pm . He suggests to use the ATM. As i use the ATM, it's giving me issues & it hits 10pm & they yell over to me it's too late. So i ask them even when im inside already? That makes no sense. Why would you let someone inside with 5 minutes & they can be in line at 9:59 & the system wouldn't let them purchase anything at 10pm ? Allowing that gentleman in after making me wait 5 minutes when he shouldn't have been allowed in, caused me to not have enough time to go back inside & get my ID. Now you lost a good customer & gained one for one night for a customer who will probably never be back cus they don't even have an ID . Completely stupid system & employees who clearly can't use communication to help their customers within the last 5-10 minutes of closing. Why even accept customers after 9:50 & NOT tell them the system will NOT allow them to purchase ANYTHING after 9:55 so there is no confusion? Never been at a store like this & will NOT be back based off this inconvenience alone . Disappointing second time back & will NOT be back.

Have been going here since they opened, this shop used to be really good! Originally found them…read morethru WeedMaps and loved that they were chill, super cool staff, great deals, etc. but now they're hired more help and it isn't what it used to be. There are have been a few times where I've called to make sure a certain deal/strain is around, was assured it was, arrived, and found out they were out/told me incorrect info. Even then, I still continued to go since they were super cool, and always managed to cut some kind of deal since their advertised deal wasn't available/they had been incorrect + they threw in goodies with each purchase. But yesterday, all of that changed. I went in for their WeedMaps deals (which was clearly advertised online AND on the whiteboards in the shop as I was standing there) and was told they were out. I then asked if he could offer some sort of deal/consolation since they were still advertising the deal and the guy would not budge even though they were in the wrong. I ended up deciding to get an oz of their "Top Shelf" shake for more than what I originally planned to spend and as he was weighing it out I commented that the "top shelf shake" was FULL OF SEEDS. He didn't give a damn that they were already in the wrong about their misadvertising OR that the product he was pushing was SUBPAR. When I mentioned this he just kept cramming the shake into a tube that was obviously too small. So now I don't just have shake thats full of seeds, I now have crushed and smashed up shake that's full of seeds and came out of the tube like some friggin' chapstick. After ALL THAT he not only DIDN'T give me a top shelf j for all of my troubles, he didn't even put in the blunt wraps that come with every purchase.................. Wow. Just wow. That budtender definitely needs a review in customer service :'(

I work in customer service myself so I know when someone is being unprofessional with me and it's very unprofessional for not even to be a manager to try to resolve what was done. They clearly do not care about their customers and probably paid for or offered some type of reward for these reviews.
