The price here was the best we found for top-down/bottom-up blinds with the enclosed string, and we also had some rooms with the blackout style blinds because I work nightshift... They have all been great... But the real difference for us has been in the fact that the customer service over the years when the kids' broke a tab or string on the blinds has been amazing, and the response to get the blinds fixed and returned to us has been really fast. Our consultant, Daphne, was a great listener and thoughtfully evaluated our situation and concerns (light filtering vs black out for an upstairs guest room with high windows and skylights. Our concerns were insulation/energy for this project). She measured using a laser system which is fast and extremely accurate. She also brought her own ladders. We looked at my wall colors and she gave me her opinion as I was on the fence. Within a few days, Daphne sent a detailed quotation including several options as I wasn't sure which way to go. The quotation included information on the lifetime warranty, US-made product, and Costco Shop Card (which is truly awesome!) We made our decisions on color and styles and were able to pay/place order online. Daphne came back out as soon as the blinds were received and even managed to squeeze us in despite the busy holiday season. I should mention Daphne was personable, efficient, and extremely professional as I remembered her and her meticulous attention to detail when she installed blinds for several projects at our previous home.
