This is a dog friendly event and when a stranger approached my dog, said nothing to me, and started petting her, I asked them to please ask before touching my dog. While I was still within two feet of her, Dani started making fun of me and talking crap with someone who had approached her information booth. I told her I could hear her and she just looked startled and did not apologize. Despite giving her a chance to be professional, she chose to continue to make this an unwelcome place while standing in a professional booth. Poor judgement and disgusting behavior for a family event. Will be complaining to her employer.

She scheduled their technician Juan who came a few days later, earlier than the scheduled time, to diagnose the problem which turned out to be a blown transformer. Parts were ordered and the initial repair was made by Juan and Trevor a week or so later not knowing the heating element had also gone out. That part was ordered and Monica scheduled them to return after the Christmas holiday for the final repair. It was a pricy repair, but living in a rural area, we did not have the choice of replacing our microwave or finding the size and style that met our needs. I had a major computer failure. I mean that thing just flat out died in my arms. Good bye forever…read moreLenovo. I was on vacation and this was a MAJOR problem. I called Carmichael and rushed my computer over to see if they could give it CPR or put it on life support. No such luck. RIP. Everyone at this company was so helpful and tried everything they could. In the end they amazed me by letting me know that they actually were able to recover almost everything from my hard drive. This was a miracle. I was able to purchase a computer and have it shipped to me and put everything back on the new one. It's like it never happened. Carmichael saved me from disaster. If you have any computer problems do not hesitate. Run or drive really fast over here and let them help you. Prices are also really great.

I refer all friends and family and everyone one of them has had nothing but positive experiences espically honoring a 20% discount if requested 2. I rent my son's gear here every year and they have no issues switching out to larger skis and boots throughout the season. Free wax jobs as well! 3. I decided to get back into skiing after 35 years on a snowboard. They gave me great guidance on what to demo based on my user profile. I spend two differnt weekends trying a multitude of skis.
