We love the Puppy Parlor! It's the only place we take our doodle! We have recieved compliments from our Vet - Doodles are hard to "get it right".

The KC Grooming Academy and The Puppy Parlor personnel and students are top notch! I know I can trust them to take care of my rather timid dog and even gets her to warm up to them. They do an outstanding fur and nail trim. I highly recommend them for your furry friend's beauty!

Highly recommend Mikaela! She does an amazing job grooming my Bernedoodle. I believe she only offers cuts on Mondays, so I always make sure to book with her. She uses a 3/4 inch guard, and every time, my pup comes out looking so fresh, feeling incredibly soft, and smelling amazing. Her pricing is very affordable for me, especially for the quality of work she does. I would book with her if you have a doodle and you're not sure which stylist to pick!

Our two dogs have gone here 3 times now and each time I am so impressed with how great they look! Prices are reasonable, booking is easy. The staff members are happy, helpful and always excited to see our dogs. Both our dogs start to whine and get excited to go in once we get in the parking lot and are always happy when I pick them up. I'm so grateful to have found such a great groomers for our dogs. One is a poodle, they do a great job giving her a full cut and shaving close around her eyes. Our other dog is a poodle/husky mix and she just gets a bath and shape and she always looks great too!

I am writing this review to WARN others if seeking a new groomer. On April 4th 2024, I took our sweet 4.5 yr old Millie, a Golden-doodle here. Our groomer retired and we had to look for another. After reviewing strong reviews and positive comments. I felt at ease we may have found a new Groomer, that was close by. Wow!! I was saddened to be wrong!!! Our poor dog is the one who suffered. I brush Millie weekly, she has had only the best compliments from her past Arbor Creeks groomer Joy! During drop off 8AM met with Rochelle who asked about Millie. She took notes, I was specific said, no "poodle" type cuts. I want 1.5" puppy cut all over, don't cut ears, trim buff nails. At 1:30PM notice Millie was ready. I go to pick her up. I paid $139.42 for cut, and tip!! I did ask for $40 refund. I felt that was fair for service. She brings out Millie. She is traumatized, skinned, and has bedazzling on her forehead. What the world? Then she shows me where she cut Millie's, paw. I noticed blood on the side of her stomach. I said, what happened? Where is this blood from? She said, that's my blood! I cut myself, by accident. She asked the lady sitting at the front desk. Do you have a wipe? She said no! I said I do in my car. I pulled off the glued gems -- which pulled her hair. Hair grows back but the emotional damage is NOT cool!!!!!! I took Millie got her in my SUV. Wiped the staffs blood off her side!!! I went back and politely gave their business card back, no thanks. I will never be coming back. I called 15 minutes later to speak with owner. Nothing. I called at 4:30PM to speak with the owner again and they said she was busy. My dog is traumatized. She is skittish and timid to touch. She never lays on her dog bed. She is always on the couch. I am sad for her and furious will hopefully have a repose from the owner. I expect a an explanation and refund. I support small businesses and this is not right. If I had an incident where a customer had a major issue. I would be on the phone with them immediately!!! Update: The owner called me this morning, made it sound like it was my fault, poor communication. Whatever---- will not be going back nor recommending to my family, friends and strangers. They never offered to get you when I came back in to the store. When I called you were busy twice, and I appreciate the opportunity to discuss. I am not a fan. I wish your company the best, lots to learn here. Her hair is shaved can't even pull it with my fingers, not what I pointed to on the board. Thanks!

Love the puppy parlor! Our dog is not a fan of kennels so we are thankful to have a place that doesn't make her stay in one. We have a Husky who sheds a lot and they always get so much hair out and she looks like she feels so much better after going. They usually give her a cute bandana to wear and our kids love it - we leave it on for as long as we can. We usually have a student from the grooming academy do a bath, deshedding treatment, teeth clean and trim around her paws and they all have done a wonderful job. The owners & employees are kind and patient - I always know our dog will be in good hands and she's never been scared to go. read more

I scheduled an appointment here after having a very unpleasant experience at our long-time groomer. The people at puppy parlor were very kind and the dog was groomed very well. The woman at the front desk went out of her way to really make myself and my dog feel welcome- she even hugged my pup when she was shaking bc she always gets nervous at new places. Thank you to the staff at puppy parlor for being so welcoming and friendly! I think I found my new groomer! read more

Initially blaming me for the wrong cut, not calling me back with a resolution and then telling me they wouldn't "bother" the owner?! If I could give zero stars I would. Shame on you.

The store is not large so we located the section we needed right away. However, we still couldn't find or determine if the item we were looking at was right for us (again, no one ever asked us if we needed help) and eventually landed on a garden flag stand. We had been to several stores previously for weeks and like to buy local instead of online when we can. This was the first store we found that had substantially stronger garden flag stakes. This whole time, there was a man working that kept his eyes on me and my partner but especially me, scowling. I just ignored it as RBF cause he was an older man, and I had done nothing but smile and greet him when we came in. I could feel him staring at me several times while we were shopping. Every time, I just smiled and he'd look away. We decided to look around the store after deliberating alone for about twenty minutes to see if maybe we could get other gifts for people and bought a few other items. Note, there were two older women working and the older man. When we got to the store, there may have been only 1 other person in there. A small family had also come in at one point but left before we did. Otherwise, the store was entirely empty. At checkout, there were two areas to check out of at the counter. We were still meandering when I came up to one side to look at the stickers. He alerted us that check out was on the other side. He checked us out and I realized he had bagged our items, but we had brought our own bag. When I mentioned this, my partner was like, "Oh yeah! We have our own, we don't need one but thank you." I added in, "Yes save it for another transaction." This man, scowled and stared me down for a solid 15-20 seconds--he literally kept his head facing me, locking his eyes on mine as he put the bag back in the rack behind him. It was so awkward and uncomfortable and honestly rude. I just smiled bigger at him politely, but widened by eyes to make it clear that I DID see him rudely staring at me for refusing a bag. He finally relented, greeted us goodbye. The other female worker had just come back up to the checkout platform as well as we walked out and thanked us with a goodbye as well. It was a very odd shopping experience. The store is very quaint and woodsy. Items are priced to match inflation. They have a variety of things not just for ornithology enthusiasts. The garden flag stand was the best we could find in the area and is very sturdy. I had contemplated coming back to get a bird bath, but I'll try elsewhere cause of the weird interaction.

I'm writing to share my experience at your grooming salon, as I believe honest feedback is important for both pet owners and businesses. Unfortunately, the grooming service my dog received was not acceptable. When I attempted to express my concerns in person, I was disappointed by the lack of acknowledgment or effort to make things right. I was also surprised to learn that the groomer had only been there for a week, and that your business operates as a grooming school--something that was not made clear beforehand. Additionally, I found the pricing--nearly $100 plus tip--to be excessive, especially given the service quality. I understand grooming can be considered a luxury, but I expect a professional standard for that price. While I was hesitant to leave a review initially, I feel it's my responsibility as a fellow pet owner, as I rely heavily on honest reviews myself when choosing services for my dog. Jena and her team of groomers are the best of the best! Our pups never dread going there. We have a sheepadoodle and an old English sheepdog. Jena does exactly what I ask her to do as far as styling goes. They always look amazing!! And they feel so much better! The pups are not put in cages during their grooming appt. Jena is very loving and compassionate to all of her furry clients! I never ever worry about their safety when they are at the PUPPY PARLOR!!! Highly recommend! fThis is a fantastic dog salon! My groomer Gina was superb and told us something i didn't know about nail growth... I've been around dogs for years and no groomer ever told me this!! She did an outstanding job on our Great Pyranees mix who is very large. And a free bandana to boot for a basic bath and nail trim. Not bad! Great parking, nice premises, fruendly staff up front, extremely nice owner Emery who greeted with us abd chatted whike we waited. All-in-all a superb experience. Our dog is so fluffy! read more

The Puppy Parlor was recommended to me by several neighbors and since I've been bringing my dog, Shiloh there I highly recommend them as well. Shiloh is 11 years old and is typically a bit nervous going to the groomers, but we haven't had one issue. When I pick him up he is so happy and adorable. They do an amazing job! The groomers are very attentive in making sure your dog gets the haircut you are wanting for your dog. read more

We have a very large Great Pyrenees. He gets shaggy, matted, and his white fur gets grey from dirt. He came home from Puppy Parlor like a different handsome man. We were very pleased with how soon we got in and how great he came out. The cost was great. We will actually be able to take him back more often because it didn't cost us an arm and leg. 10/10 would recommend. We have been taking our bernedoodle to puppy parlor once a month for over a year now and we continue to be very pleased with their service. I am very happy with the care and grooming of my miniature Bernedoodle. The owner called me during my puppies appt to let me know of a concern. She was super helpful and informative. My dog's groomer is kind and knowledgeable and willing to chat with me about options for the perfect cut for my dog. Lola loves going there. So happy!! read more
